Location, history, views. Kevin & Tamara are great hosts and she has great taste with the ambient music. The beds are super comfortable!
The restaurant by Jenna offers very good food.
There’s also a motorcycle shed and wash station.

We felt welcomed by the managers who were accommodating and informative. Sitting on the balcony and viewing the Blue Ridge Mountains was a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back.

It was historic and vintage, while also being clean. The view from the rear porch/balcony was breathtaking

Jacob made a perfect, simple breakfast that was filling and appetizing. Good coffee and conversation made for a pleasing start to the day. Matt and Jacob are warm and friendly so a lively, informative conversation kept us happily at the inn longer than we had planned. Great company.

Very friendly and attentive staff Mitch, Marla, Jacob, and Matt cooked and served us a delicious dinner and great breakfast. Beautiful views off the balcony of our room and although some areas are slightly dated the staff are constantly making improvements to this, new to them, property. The inn is full of beautiful woodwork from the area forests. For motorcyclists like us they provide a dedicated covered parking area and also 2 free electric vehicle charging stations for guests. We will certainly be coming back to this friendly and accommodating inn.
Would have been nice to have a chair in the room. While there was a small desk area made of natural wood there was no chair 🪑 to sit there.

Skyline Village Inn, was a delightful place with some fun history, comfortable bed and nice linens. The proprietors were super friendly and the room was very clean. They had meal options for additional cost - well worth the $$. Great food. Spectacular views.

The location of the property was excellent.
Did not have a choice for dinner. If you did not like steak then you were out of luck. Also, the pictures on line showed a lounge with a fully staffed restaurant. This was not the case.

Location to Blue Ridge Parkway.
Rooms were small for a family of four. If staying with a bigger family I would recommend more than one room.

This inn is ADORABLE. The owners were very personable. Very accommodating. Every area was different, so it was fun to look around at all the common areas. This place felt like a bed and breakfast but you had the privacy of your own room.
I cant think of anything that could be improved.
