It was okay, but could have been much better.

The staff was helpful if anything came up during our stay, and it was close to the reason to my visit. I also thought the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled bad (opened the door often trying to air it out), the room was run down and furniture was not in good shape. The phone didn't work either so I was not able to call my family in other rooms. The coffee supplies were not very diverse (no half and half, only sweetened creamer; had to use milk which isn't very creamy for coffee)

It was a nice hotel and quiet.

Breakfast was adequate.

Their were some towels and wash cloths that were stained, they shouldn't be used in a public setting. Maybe for the staff.

Excellent stay

The room was spacey and accommodated our family of 5 very well. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable as well.

location was good and the rooms were good

Check in was confusing- new management. Check out was not good. Computers were an issue and when asked about charges and AAA discount, I was told they'd check and email me with answer and receipt. Have tried emailing them and email address is not good. Called them Tuesday with inquiries and request for receipt- as of today(Thursday) still no answer It's be nice to finally get a receipt.

Comforter was clean but very stained. No cleaning service done on last day had to call office for clean towels. Night staff person did bring them to our room right away.

Overall, this is the best place at the best value to stay at in this area that I have found and I would recommend this p

Rooms were pretty clean, everyone who worked there was friendly and accommodated a hour late check out with no problems. Great free breakfast.

My only complaint would be the two days almost 3 they took the hundred dollar deposit to go back onto my account if I would’ve known that if you pay in card or cash you still have that hundred dollars withheld I would’ve just gotten cash out

Do NOT stay at this low quality, awful hotel. The "refurbished" facility is like slapping lipstick on a pig and the staff is absolutely rude and terrible, with no manager in sight to take care of issues. This has to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 20 years of vacationing.

Friendly staff. Helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. If in the area I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was a little outdated. Outside steps needed a good cleaning and painted. TV remote was a little complicated.

I spent two days here while traveling from Alabama and it was a perfect and clean stay.

Good value but don't expect much.

Good value. Not pristine but good enough for me. No nasty stains, smells, bugs or any other gross stuff, but there are marks on the walls, and rust on the stairwells. Staff was very friendly

The place could still use some updating, such as new shower mats, a paint job, and refurbish the exterior stairwell. I don't know that my wife would have been happy here, but I thought it was fine.

My overall stay was a 7/8 out of 10 and I would stay there again

The breakfast selection was awesome and the location was superb.

It was some Mexicans staying on each side of me and they partied all night and was knocking on the door as they passed but besides that it was good.

very satisfied, I had no issues, slept like a baby

very clean, no disturbances, equipped with everything needed.

If I had to not like anything, it would be the toilet. Would be great if the toilets were a bit taller. :) But not complaining, just sharing my thoughts.
