It was spotlessly clean. The furnishings/ lounge are wonderful. Every evening 5-6 there is complementary wine and nibbles. Breakfast Was delicious, uniquely served. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Nothing!
Maybe a hook in the bathroom to hang the dressing gown. 🤷‍♀️

Having breakfast come to our door in an insulated picnic basket was really fun! We ate in our jammies.
Not a thing!

My wife and I loved the breakfasts and the fact that they were delivered to where we were staying made it more enjoyable.

The breakfast delivered to your door in a basket each morning was a lovely touch and much more impressive than we were expecting!

It was very good and varied each day. A hot meal!
Bathroom water took a long time to warm up.

Aesthetic was nice and did enjoy the ambiance of Blue door.
Dim lighting in JD house gives an eerie vibe. Wish there was a bit more seating for folks to feel empowered to hang out during wine hour at blue door.

very cozy in a Victorian house . nice fireplace. excellent breakfast, home made and delicious brought to our door in a basket . very nice staff. close to center.
we were given 3 keys to enter the property from 3 different places (front door, door inside the house and street key to the street door) but only one worked (the street one). the gas fireplace was great during the day but it serves also as heating so it was on at night and even closing our eyes you could see lights from the flames, I wore earplugs so I wasn’t bothered by noise but my husband did. Also there are 3 properties to rent and the one we chose (closer to ocean) apparently not available at our arrival so they had changed our location.

staff was very responsive to making our stay happy and relaxing. the room was lovely with wonderful view of the ocean.
the property was very nice. a little construction work was being done during our stay but staff was accommodating so that it did not take away from our enjoyment of the facility.

We really had a great time in this property, The bed is fab, the room was spotless and the property itself had really good common spaces where we could sit or read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Peferct location
A kettle I would have thought is standard in most rooms to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

So well maintained that it looks as if it had been comprehensively renovated just the day before.
I can’t think of a single thing.

Location. Pillows. Landscaping.
First 2 towels were stained. Dead bugs in bed. No closet. No dresser. No place to put luggage. No screens on windows

We stayed in the water tower, which was a very fun room to stay in! We had access to the main guest house and the one next door. There was wine and cheese upon arrival and breakfast was delivered to the room. It was great!
