Located upstairs on Main Street in Mendocino, this brand new contemporary apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and a private deck looking right out onto bay and ocean. Unbeatable location, walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! You can’t beat this listing, it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 4 adults and the deck and view were amazing.

It's a beautiful 2 br 1 bath apt above a retail store on Main St. Just the two of us as our friends contracted covid. It's up some stairs, but perfectly located on the edge of town overlooking the pacific ocean. The juvenile sparrow who lives just next door spent most of the day chirping for his/her parents, and sitting on the railing of our deck. persistent, but not annoying. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at Mike and Eula's place. We visit Mendocino frequently and this has been our favorite to-date. Great location, spotless, and very comfortable. Updated and modern furnishings and a wonderful deck overlooking the headlands. The noise from the bar a few doors down was sometimes audible at night from the master bedroom, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix.

So lovely to spend the week here! The apartment is well designed and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the proximity to the ocean, the state parks was perfect. I loved that my 11 and 12 year old daughters could explore the town on their own whenever they wanted. They came back with treasures from the bookstore and the bead store without going more than 300 feet. Would love to come back.

Location of this property is perfect. The panoramic view of the ocean bluffs and water was absolutely stunning, and the property's proximity to the downtown area was so convenient. Everything was in close walking distance and convenient to the unit. Ideal for our small gathering of friends.

We had the perfect weekend in Mendocino, four sisters celebrating an important birthday! The view from the front room was gorgeous, warm and cozy, Well appointed kitchen, amazing location for exploring the area. The deck with views over the ocean a great spot for evening wine and cheese.

The place has a great location in town with a wonderful view. We woke up New Year’s Day and got to watch whales swim by from our balcony. Great way to start the year. The place was clean and comfortable with an awesome kitchen. Best compliment that I can give is that we already booked it again for another trip.

My daughter’s happy place is Mendocino . So when she visits us from Switzerland is the place we always go to. It’s enchanting just to be there and this place topped the list of the places we’ve stayed around the area over the years. The apartment was super clean, well appointed, larger than the pictures show and the view - absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a wonderful rental along the edge of town with an amazing view of Main Street and the Mendocino Bay. It was spacious to house our family of four. The beds were comfortable, plus the kitchen and dining area was spacious. We spent most of our time on the deck to just relax and enjoy the stunning view. We appreciated the water jug/dispenser, as the house water was discolored (we live on a well so we totally get it - that's not a compliant). The rental is in a great location, and we spent many hours on foot to experience all that Mendocino has to offer. We also threw back many pints at Patterson's. Thank you, Mike and Eula, for sharing your rental with us. We'll definitely be looking for this place again when planning our next trip to the coast!

Great location and accommodations for a girls’ trip. Your neighbor, Catsby, welcomed us and bid us farewell. It was easy to explore the town and headlands from this location. Loved turning on the fireplace after exploring and relaxing with leftovers from Patterson’s and Goodlife Cafe.

My husband and I loved our visit. The apartment was very stylish and felt larger than what we could tell from the photos. It is nicely appointed and has great light. The location was perfect. The view was stunning, plus we loved being able to walk in the village. Also, a big thanks to Mike for being super responsive on a holiday weekend and came right away to fix an out-of-reach fire alarm that was chirping. One of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in. We would love to visit again! Thanks, Mike and Eula, for creating such a delightful retreat!

This ocean front house was so cute and quaint! Sitting on the balcony was the highlight and the home itself was so inviting! The sweet town and shops were fun to walk around in. Restaurants were delicious. This was a wonderful place to spend our annual girls trip with my daughters.

Great location right next to the Mendocino Hotel. A few doors down from the bookstore and the Chocolate Haus. Double doors open up to your own deck with an ocean view. Well-appointed kitchen. Great decor. Easy check in. Close to everything in town. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful apartment. Two big bedrooms and lovely bathroom. Big kitchen. Very comfortable. Location absolutely perfect. Deck off living room and one bedroom looked out over the bay. Tourists but still quiet and peaceful. Relaxing and a great time. I highly recommend. Location. Location. Location.

This property was really beautiful, and convenient for us. We liked the headland heights and the patio the most. Beds were comfortable, but you need to put curtains in the little room where the single bed was so one would not feel so exposed.
