Cheap stay, but you get what you pay for.

The front person was kind. She told us about how they were out of power the week. She was able to get us clean sheets after we had to ask for them.

We understood that their electricity had been out that day but the cleaniless was not good. Our sheets had stains and the pillows had burn marks. The restrooms had dead insects and the shower was broken. The room was super hot and the bed was not comfortable. The towels had hair pieces and that was disgusting. The attention to detail was not strong.

Completely UNACCEPTABLE!

I booked due to our power outage after the storm. No where on their site did they say it was out of power. I arrived (with my children) and it was without power as well, totally understandable. But the gentleman at the front counter told me I would not be charged and refunded. Well, that was a lie because I was charged completely for it and have yet to receive my refund from them. I will NEVER book with them again and will most definitely not recommend them to anyone!

will never stay at this facility again. Told staff that room had roaches and it was as if I had said ants which the room

my stay was cancelled by the manager without my consent 🤬 There were no rooms available within a 25 mile radius. I will NEVER book this Motel 6 again

Don't waste your money

Location was about the only thing good

I kept having to call multiple times a day for maid service. Never came. No blow dryer, iron, ice bucket, or toiletries in bathroom. When asked for items was told it should be in the room. Well it's not. Then they didn't have any to give me. Vending machines rarely worked but took your money. Trashy

front desk attendant told us his card machine wasn’t working and we would have to pay cash. Then proceeded to try to charge us $50 more than the original price. We refused and we were told that our card would not be charged for the room, it was. We went to another hotel that would accept debit cards. I emailed you about this issue and received no reply. So you suck too!!

Cheap, clean but wouldn't stay here again.

Was cheap, room was clean and was close to the concert we attended.

Went to check in had to ring the bell 5 times. We waited almost 10 minutes for a rude lady to come check us in. When we went to check out rang the bell several times and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. We finally just left. We stayed on the 2nd floor as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke and something bad. As far as the room , the beds were very firm, was like sleeping on the ground. There was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and 1 wash cloth and 2 towels.. the bathroom was clean but the shower floor looked like they had either tried to paint over it or had used the wrong cleaner on it and was discolored/peeling by the drain. Also the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. The day before our stay we did receive a message to bring our own health related items due to supply chain issues. So I did pack, soap shampoo etc. Glad I did because all there was was 1 bar of soap. Also the mini fridge made a very loud sound when it cycled. There was only 1 plastic cup left with the ice bucket. Glad we were only there 1 night.

My stay this time was just adequate. It was a roof over my head but that’s about it.

Felt safe, convenient

I’m a repeat customer for this hotel. The air conditioner did not regulate the temperature properly. The room was either hot or freezing during the night. The staff did not properly outfit the bathroom with enough towels for two people.

Broken bathroom sink, missing light switch cover plate, drywall bubbling off the bathroom ceiling due to water damage, the main light in the bathroom above the sink didnt work and bugs they really need to spray for.
