Stole my money.

Was not able to enjoy it do to being denied a reschedule.

They charged me after being denied a reschedule like I canceled when I didn't.

Stop No and Don't

Easy connect to wifi so I could continue working.

People were walking around in the parking lot like they were lost. A women knocked on my door after an hour of me being there asking for a cigarette. A van full of men were dropped off and immediately went to a wooded area behind the hotel. Was too worried about my things getting robbed while I was out for the evening so I left after a couple of hours and witnessing all of this. Then then manager had to go to my room and inspect it before allowing me to check out and would not refund my booking, only my $100 deposit. I would never recommend to stay unless it was my last option.

Superb

We had a very late arrival but Manager arrived on 1st buzzer. Quite friendly. Very clean. Early checkout and again he was quite friendly and alert for that time of day.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel overall.

The room I stayed in was obviously updated, bathroom was very nice and the shower was AMAZING! Coffee was available in the room, and if I needed it the microwave, and refrigerator were clean.

I was disappointed in the overflowing trashcan at bottom of stairs, and missing Swing Bar Door Lock Latch on the hotel room door. The air conditioner filters in the room were dirty as well.

Overall a decent place to sleep and shower.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There were plenty of breakfast options to feed myself and my children.

When I went to check in the price I was asked to may was marginally higher than the one when I booked online. When I questioned it I was told that was the difference in taxes. I showed my booking confirmation where it listed taxes and other fees and after working with two different employees for 30 minutes we got it situated.

Superb

It was very neat and orderly, the staff was very friendly, check in was very smooth.

The location was a little difficult to get back to the highway.

Nice stay, nice price

The bed was comfortable. I liked that they had breakfast available. I also liked that it wasn't right in the middle of a busy area but it wasn't too far out. When I walked in I could tell the room had been freshly cleaned.

Not a lot of parking. I had a spot right in front of my room, we went out for the day and came back, our spot was taken and had to park on the other side of the building.

Did not try the breakfast because I had an "Ambassador of the Road" breakfast at the Hard Rock Cassino and for that very reason, the location was excellent.

It met my expectations so there was nothing I didn't like.

I loved that the room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was perfect. I also love the fact that I didn't have to drive to the casino!!
