Conveniently placed
Issue at check-in with the door code that wasn’t working, I had to call to get it fixed

The location on the canal was awesome and a great place to walk. The room I was in had lots of stairs, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a desk in front of the window, so I could see the canal while I was working, which was cool. Location was great, very walkable to restaurants and shopping. They even had an umbrella in the room that I could use-and I was grateful for it, because it rained every day of my stay. Staff was really friendly and accommodating.
Distance from the airport--there isn't a great way to get to the Georgetown area because buses are kind of limited, and there's no nearby Metro station. To Uber from the Dulles to the hotel was pretty expensive. This isn't the hotel's fault, just something that you might want to plan for. I did not have a car on this trip, so I had planned to do a lot of walking, but FYI the hotel doesn't have parking available.

Location can’t be beat.
Room was tiny tiny tiny. My bed made a ton of noise when I moved around.
4.1
The location is incredible. It's close to everything!
The self-check in could have been smoother. Had a few issues with the machine.
4.1
The location is great, it’s very modern and confortable

Easy contactless checkin at kiosk outside of hotel. Room was very clean. Fantastic location in Georgetown. Close to Georgetown Waterfront, shops and restaurants on/near M street. 1.3 mile walk to National Mall. Plenty of Lyft/Lime/Other bikes and scooters around the area.
Rooms are a little small but you are in a historic building with limited ability make it bigger. No on-site staff afer late afternoon, not that we needed it.
4.1
Great location, self-service for check-in and check-out was very convenient. I made use of the iron facility in the common area. The room wasn't too noisy either.

Great location
Smaller room than we had last time

Very comfortable and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
No subway station near the hotel.

we really liked the location
our room Lock #4 was too small for us and the water pressure in the shower was horribly low. We left he next morning

Absolutely clean! super cozy bed and pillows! Great that we could use a kitchen.
There is a possibility to print something if you need. I saw the printer and iMac on the kitchen what is super cool!
Location is perfect.
I glad we stayed here!

The room is extremely small and not as pictured, mattress is not comfortable at all - probably need a new one.

The location is very convenient to Georgetown night life.
The mattress was abhorrent. This was not a restful stay. The rooms are very small, like not enough room to open up two suitcases on the ground. Very stuffy because of poor ventilation.
4.1
Location, tidyness
TV not working properly
4.1
Didn't see much staff but if there were any needs or issues, we got immediate attention with a phone call to the manager.
Loved the location. The room was small but very clean. There was a common kitchen with coffee, tea and condiments available 24/7 and a fridge with room numbered bins for your personal eatables. The location was fantastic. overlooking the canal, shops, restaurants and transit close by. Great stay !
Hard time figuring out the Metro system. did a lot of unnecessary walking. Maybe some better info and maps available.

Tucked away down by the canal - great for exploring Georgetown. Fabulous use of space.
Nothing really - all was good
4.1
The room was great, just what i needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very pretty by the canal.
There were a lot of rats outside of the building. I know that's not your problem specifically but it was very surprising to me when I was waiting to check in. I also didn't notice the self check in kiosk behind the doors so I was confused for a while on how I was supposed to get in until another couple staying at the inn came by and showed me how.
4.1
location cleanliness
no kettle in room

Could not be more happy about my stay here! Absolutely exceptional from the self checking kiosk to location perks and beauty, and of course the amount of details and work that was put into this amazing place.
Would stay even for a long term trip if ot wasn't for work.

There was nothing I disliked. I loved my stay.
