It was close to the train station. I liked the layout of the apartment, was spacious. Staff was friendly. The appliances all worked and the washer and dryer were great.
There were no clear directions about what was provided in the apartment and what was not provided. The apartment was not the cleanest and needs updating. The walls and carpet had multiple stains. At the end of our trip it says to remove the trash but does not give clear directions on where to bring it. There was no map of the building so we had to guess where everything was. There was no lifeguard the first day we got there so we were unable to swim. That was disappointing.

The location was very good. The building was nice. The beds were good. The welcome kit was good.
The heat in the building had been turned off so it was cold. The toilet in the master bedroom is loose on the floor and has problems flushing. A lot of the light switches don't turn anything on. You need more lights in the bedrooms. You could tell someone had just moved out and the walls needed to be painted and the covering on the cupboards was flaking off. The living room rug is dangerously slippery.

The cleanliness and space
The heat in the unit didn't work so we froze all weekend. We tried to reach out 3x over our stay and never heard back from them.

very spacious, clean, and nice.
Lighting within the place was weird, but it worked out great.

Obviously, the space, the roominess. Close to everything needed. The parking in the garage was most appreciated.
Way, way too much light comes through the Venetian blinds at night.
Could not get live TV programming without knowing the system provider/password.
The locked exterior door in the bedroom, with the makeshift weatherstripping, seems poorly designed to keep out noise and weather. A proper exterior-rated door is advised.

Clean comfortable apartment perfect for our family of four. Full kitchen and washer and dryer so wonderful for a longer stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great to be able to park in the building. Air conditioning works well which was super important in the summer heat.
The mattresses were kind of thin and too bouncy.

Very clean and close to a lot of things?
Everything was fine

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to metro. The complex was lovely. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very nice to have a convenience store onsight.
Several nice restaurants within walking distance.
We clearly stated that we were traveling with 6 people yet there were only 2 queen beds and 1 twin. The apartment did not sleep 6. Our 12 year old grandson had to sleep on loveseat. The beds and pillows were hard and there were no extra pillows. Arrived to clean apartment but dishes were in dishwasher and towels in dryer. I was not happy to have to do housework on first day of my vacation.

Wrong address confirmed. Had to walk 400 meters with luggage in hand to the right location

Excellent location.
Staff at the actual complex is great, but the staff at National Corporate Housing was unreachable when I had an emergency.

Excellent building, greatly kept and a home far from home
Nothing, everything was perfect
