nice place to stay

The property was nice, just like in the pictures, the staff was nice and helpful, location is about 15-20 min walking from the beach, but there are buses near by, there are also a lot of supermarkets or shops close to the studio.

- I had cockroaches in the bathroom, but it might have been because of the open window. A net at the window might help. - They don’t give you any receipt for the 100 euro cash deposit they ask at the property. An picture with the money doesn’t count as a proof of payment. - To get the deposit back you have to meet in person with the staff to check the apartment and she was 20 min late to the previously communicated hour and I had a plane to catch. A different system of check out might be more helpful. - The location on Booking of the apartment wasn’t updated. It was a different street, a close one, but it would have been easier if I knew from the beginning especially that I was already in contact on WhatsApp with the staff.

Uncomfortable check-in and check-out!

Good location, close to supermarket, bus stop. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. The air conditioner works great. There is a washing machine but no washing powder.

Everything in the apartment is old, although renovated. Bed linen and towels are very old! (Change please!) There is almost no sunlight in this apartment. Entrance through the patio and the salon window opens onto another patio. The bed and sofas are uncomfortable! The bedspreads are dirty, no one washes them. The shower stall was poorly washed, there were other people's hair left. When checking in, there was a girl who does not speak or understand a word of English at all, so our check-in was very delayed in communicating through Google Translite. They asked for 100 euros as a deposit, we had to wait a very long time until the girl ran away for a receipt. They said that they would return it on the day of departure in the morning, but ... they suddenly called at 23:00 and said that they would now come to check the serviceability of everything, I waited for half an hour, and I was already falling asleep, I had to leave at 6:00. The money was returned with the wrong banknotes that I gave ... There is nothing to take a deposit for in this apartment!

Poor

The bathroom is definitely the best thing about this apartment. Plus the airco is working great. Also the guy working for the apartments tried to be helpfull and responded quickly. Unfortunately he was clearly limited with options to help by the boss/management.

First off all they ask for a 100€ deposit but at the same time there are broken things in the kitchen and the house in general is really dirty. The dust on the closet in the bedroom showed me that they have never cleaned properly. Second, in my opinion its a little bit too far from the centre (20min walk). Last I would recommend to avoid this aparment in general, but especially in june festivities. The neigbourhood will build a DJ booth next to the house and play loud music untill 05.00, the walls are shaking etc. They did not tell us about the festivities which would have been fair in my opinion, at the end We chose to leave early as there was no holiday in this apartment for us.

The apartment is close to the city center, the host very nice and serious, but there are some aspects that did not satisfy us: the cleanliness could have been done better, the apartment persisted an unventilated smell, everything smelled old. We asked our host to change our apartment and it was possible. There was also any outside noise.

Good place for two

- everything was as announced in the photos - good communication, kind host - we liked the patio - spacious bathroom - good equipped kitchen - washing-machine was useful - it felt safe to stay here, despite a busy neighborhood - bed is little bit hard, but different tastes and needs - on nights was very quiet and peaceful

- it was noise in the building from an ongoing renovation work - the wifi was very poor, we did not used it, we had our roaming instead - hot water was just lukewarm, but after we informed the owner it was fixed quickly - cockroaches in the bathroom, we found a spray to eliminate them

it’s same as the picture, really spacious, wide bathroom, aircon and everything in the kitchen works, the host is super kind.

they have the rule that the guests should be the ones to clean the dishes and the previous ones did it badly like you can still see food stains on the pans. we tried watching netflix but the wifi was suuuuper slow so we just watched in on my phone lol. there was a mosquito buzzing nonstop in the bedroom which woke us up in the morning

Great home stay in Alicante

The host switched the property to ensure that I had the best wifi and the house was also bigger that the apartment that I booked. It was very clean and provided with everything that I could need. The apartment has also a lot of natural light and it is close to shops, restaurants, bused and the old barrio is not far too. The host was very nice and helpful with any need or request. Definitely recommended.

In general nothing.

Appartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Carlos was very attentive to our needs. He came to meet us at the flat to hand over the keys and answer any questions we might have. He was always a text away and personally delivered some duvets when it got cold. There is a big supermarket 3 mins walking from the appartment and you can also easily reach the tram stop and castle (both a short walk).

This is a very nice apartment to stay in during summer holiday, the beach is just 10-15 min. walk

The manager of the apartment was very kind. If we had any questions, he helped us quite quickly. According to the price, the apartment was spacious, well-furnished and had a good location (close to the castle).

The apartment is close to the castle but it is located on the other side of the hill, so we needed to walk more to get in the city center than we expexted. In the apartment we had problems with the heater because it was working for more hours but we still felt cold, probably because of the spacious rooms (in November). I wouldn't recommend to stay here in winter.
