Excellent staff, comfortable and conveniently located
The beds were a little high off the ground which turned into a comical adventure for us out of shape seniors, but were. Rey comfortable once we were able to navigate them

The hotel was very clean and fresh. Location was convenient and near major roadways. Staff was helpful and friendly.
I felt room was very dark. Available lamps/lighting was very dim. Would have preferred overhead lighting. Also, bottles of water in room for $3 each. Give me a break! And your store next to the reception desk was a joke. A small bag of chips or snack food for 6-8 dollars. That is totally ridiculous. Makes me question the management's hospitality skill set.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious. The location was good as it was close by a grocery store, eateries, and shopping. Right off the highway coming, and easy access to the highway when leaving.
My view from the window was directly across from a cemetery.

Excellent staff and location; clean & comfortable room. The pool and gym looked good although we didn’t have time to enjoy either. Breakfast was included and it was good. Breads, muffins, bagels, omelets, sausage links, home fries, oatmeal, fruit, juices, coffee, teas. They also have an hourly evening shuttle to Mohegan Sun, but you should verify the time it runs as they have more or less frequency depending on events at the arena. We didn’t take advantage of it, but nice option.
The cost for the double queen room was around $ 500.00 for a Friday night stay with 3 adult occupancy. I compared and a week later the cost would be $212.00. Obviously they up the price on nights when there is an event at the Mohegan arena. Bummer.

I have no complaints. It was our second stay at the property and will definitely book again.

Breakfast was great,
I had found a unused condom in my room. I'm glad my 8mo did not find it, there were 3 lights out in my room, the entire stay was overpriced

The facility was very clean. The staff was courteous and informed us of various good places to visit. The hotel was very close to where we were visiting.

The location was excellent, right off the highway. Easy to get to everything and not far from Mystic. There was also a shuttle to the casino, which was nice even if you're not a gambler - lots of shops and restaurants at Mohegan Sun.
The staff were not friendly at all. I passed by the front desk many times during my two night stay and no one ever said hello. I asked if the hotel had an information kiosk (one of those holders with all the pamphlets about local attractions) and the front desk clerk just said no. He didn't offer any assistance beyond just answering that question. Also, the hotel has a more modern look, but it's still run down and the carpets in the hall were dirty. Room had a musty, wet dog smell.

The check-in/check-out was easy, quick and friendly. Breakfast was actually really good. Hotel breakfasts usually aren't. Pleasant surprise.
1. I requested, and was told I would get a room on the highest floor possible. I ended up on 2. The people we were traveling with made no requests and were on 4.
2. The $6.oo waters. Maybe actually verbally tell people when they check in. We didn't even know there were tiers, or whatever. And we can't have been the first this happened to. It seems a little shady. Also, $3.00 for Pure Life??
3. We had the coffee pot, the coffee, the cups in the room. No sugar or creamer or anything. Not a huge deal. But a minor inconvenience.

Neat and clean and very convenient for our trip to Mohegan
Honestly, the waters should be complimentary for everyone. It’s water. If I were a rewards member, that is not what I would want for free.

Nice spacious and well-equipped room. The rooms on the side next to the cemetery are quiet.
My first room on the side next to the street and near the elevator was noisy. Complimentary breakfast was rather basic.

Nice modern style hotel. Ample parking, in location with easy access to restaurants, entertainment. Clean and well maintained.
The bed & bedding. Bed was quite firm . Duvet cover was awful- scratchy, did not stay on the comforter at all. My son ended up twisted up in them throughout the night.
