Un hostal excelente

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Nos atendieron un señor venezolano y un joven toledano de una amabilidad inusual. Nos ayudaron en todas nuestras peticiones a pesar de que llegamos casi a media noche. Por otra parte, el hostal está limpio, cuidado y las habitaciones son muy confortables. Excelente establecimiendo.

El olor a tabaco en la habitación y la jabonera es la misma para la ducha y el lavabo y es incómodo porque te duchas y para enjabonarte,tienes q abrir la mampara del baño y coger jabón.

We requested twin room, we got twin room number 11, located on corner of house. The beds are excelent. Inside room we got 2x chair, small table and proper wardrobe. Of course we did not use tv. Air conditioner perfectly cool room during day. There are blinds outside on the windows. Parking in front of hostel or 9 euros for garage. Noise during the night from the street was low. The best hostel in Spain so far (1 month driving motorcycle around).

Nothing to find except perhaps distancd to old city.. But bus number 5 and 10 stops near the hostel.

No elevator

Decoration in the corridors, the room in itself was Ok, the parking garage.

The hotel has no elevator and you have to go up 1 floor with your luggage in order to reach the hotel lobby. If you park in the garage, you have to get out by the same way you enter with the car and then go up one floor for the lobby. The system to enter the garage could and should definitely be improved. At least, a button to call the reception and nor us calling the hotel every time we wanted to enter the garage. There so many ways to do a better system. Regarding our room, it was located at the 2nd floor, thus you have to go up again. The staff was nice and helpt to carry our luggage once at the lobby. The soap was awful. Smelling like Insect repellent. Again so many ways to do better

Superb

Great size room, clean and comfortable. Very nice and understanding staff, easy check in. There is a Mercadona market really close by (we went to get baby food and some bread for dinner), and a lot of restaurants near as well. The whole stay was very nice.

To access the hostel from the parking spots you have to go on foot out of the garage - it's not an issue, or hard to cross at all. There is also no fridge at the room - again, wasn't an issue for us, we got by really well without one.

For the first time I had experienced to do short stay in Toledo. This hostal experience is another thing. The location is closer to the center as well what I had planned to visit. Overall every thing is good to do short stay.

The parking area is limited at the front of the hotel. You should contact the front desk of hotel. Then you can get general introduction to enter the underground parking place nearby the hotel. It doesn't equipped with the basic facilities as like coffee port, small sized refrigerator.. Only sleeping place as well the breakfast... Umm..No recommended. Too simple.
