Die Landschaft und der Blick waren das Beste

Die Lage was das Beste Blick vom kleinen Balkon des Restaurants

Keine Bar, keine Alkohollizenz, lange Wartezeit bis eine Bestellung kam, unaufmerksamer Service, nicht gut geschulter Service, Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, keine Möglichkeit sich in die Sonne zu legen - nur Sitzgelegenheiten, Wie kann ein Hotel ohne Schwimmbad 5 Sterne bekommen? Das Hotel hat Potential für mehr.

Un très belle parenthèse de douceur et bonheur au Fragrant Nature de Munnar

Arrivés avec le brouillard, le ciel s'est dégagé pour nous offrir une vue merveilleuse sur la vallée et ses plantations de thés. Magique!! La situation en altitude de l'hôtel offre une vision panoramique dépassant nos attentes. La chambre, MOONLIGHT BLISS WITH PRIVATE TERRACE était parfaite. Confortable, joliment décorée, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis au 5ème niveau, le plus haut pour ces chambres. Nous avons passé une nuit très calme. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous l'avons pris sur la petite terrasse extérieure du restaurant. Il est sous forme de buffet. Magique!! les gaufres sont délicieuses et tout est bon. et la vue!!!! de quoi se ressourcer de bon matin Personnel sympa, souriant, prévenant. A 16h, tea time dans la salle de jeux. C'est sympa, mais beaucoup de monde et l'ambiance est rapidement bruyante. Déjeuner testé et Chicken Curry local délicieux ainsi que le dessert. Thé de bienvenue, petit dessert à grignoter dans la chambre, des gentilles attentions que nous avons appréciées.

Attention aux cheveux dans les assiettes.. Sinon RIEN!! tout était parfait.

Truely exceptional experience.

The resort’s breakfast deserves special mention; the variety and quality of the morning spread were outstanding, setting a perfect start to each day. The staff were not only attentive but also genuinely eager to cater to our every need. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort boasts the most breathtaking views of the valley, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The rooms were impeccably prepared upon our arrival, a testament to the resort’s commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. The spa facilities were nothing short of amazing, offering a rejuvenating escape from the daily grind.

The hotel ambience, cleanliness, staff attitude, interaction, professionalism, location.

Food needs to improve in terms of its authentic taste and also hygiene. I actually got food poisoning after i had one of the meals from the hotel. I made sure I won't have food from anywhere else except the hotel. But I had a bad experience as i was having dirreoha.

An exquisite stay in the Lap of Nature

An absolute pleasure to be here. Every single aspect has been thought out at the minute detail.. The staff is amazing. The food quality is excellent. The view from the moonbliss room is breathtaking. All the basic amenities are perfectly taken care of. The sheer stay in this hotel can make your travel experience a happier one.

In room services price was a tad bit on the higher side. A swimming pool would have been a great fit to the property.

Beautiful setting in tea hills

The property is in a beautiful setting in the tea hills, views from the room terrace are outstanding. The room is spacious, bathroom also. Breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of good food. I highly recommend taking part in the evening walk through the nearby tea plantation. The early morning hike was also wonderful, a good way to see birds, plants (cardamom, etc) and the countryside, though challenging for anyone not used to ups and downs. The staff here were all very gracious and helpful.

Polite and helpful staff, clean room with a nice view.

Information about the activities and Lunch/Dinner could have been explained better, perhaps written information in the room is ideal. The kid's playroom was not up to the standard. The food was too expensive. Furniture moving noise from the restaurant was heard in the room till 10:30 pm, which is annoying when you pay so much for the accommodation.
