It has balcony, kitchen was well equipped.
There was no elevator and it was not mentioned until we got our check- in instruction. We were not given the check in instruction despite my numerous emails. My daughter had to call and made a fuss only then they send the instruction to her . The check out instruction was also wrongly given . They also tried to charge us extra for being tourist.

Very spacious apartment located in the heart of Adelaide. It has all facilities and appliances needed for a family. Lowest price for the best conditions. Parking just under the apartment. Staff was easy to contact and always friendly although this is a self-serviced apartment. We felt at home, had some fun and saved some money.

It was to hard to check in.
The hardest I've ever had to do.
They wanted photo's of me...
Then they kept texting and emailing multiple tolimes a day to see if I wanted to extend my stay and offer me other items. Nit happy

It was clean and I had all facilities that I needed except TV remote.
The ad says that they have parking, well they don't.. Misleading advertisement!!!The parking is public, across the street and cost $4 per hour. The location is most noisy ever.. the pub across the street has 6 nights life music and even with year plugs I couldn't escape the beet, and people's shouting to 2-4am. I also find annoying the registration system, I spend a lot of time to comply in order to receive the keys. The staff is friendly but didn't do much when I said that the TV remote doesn't work and the TV need to be switched from the power point and the batteries constantly run away because the remote is broken. They didn't move a finger to replace it during my 10 day stay.....

Clean, easy going staff, great facilities

Good location.
Check-in was two hours late because the property was not ready. False advertising - the apartment is advertised as sleeping six people across two double beds and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed at the property. The building seems structurally unsound and shakes with passing traffic

Location was ideal for our needs during our stay, access to carparking was very good.
Appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine

Looks exactly like the pictures, was good for a little getaway and to be based in the city as it’s in a prime location.

Great location, close to everything within the city, excellent eating places everywhere.

The location is good as were the breakfasts. If staying for more than a few days would suggest it skipped the breakfast deal as there are plenty of places to eat and the same breakfast can get dull.
The Swainson feels like an apartment that the owners have abandoned, leaving just the furniture they didn’t want to take. The cupboards have bits of what looks like disassembled bed. There is an old massage chair that doesn’t work properly, a door to the balcony that does not lock.
The noise has been mentioned in a few posts, but it is worth highlighting. The loudest comes from the pub across the road, followed by the vibrations every time a truck travels along the main road that is just outside the apartment. The vibrations are more effective than the massage chair. Following that is the noise from the other tenants. It is a solid building, but somehow the noise just gets in. It means you cannot leave any doors or windows open fresh air and watching TV or listening to music is a waste of time. With the windows closed the apartment becomes musty very quickly. This is not helped by the lack of effective air conditioning.
Worst is customer service or lack of it. The bulk of the communication was through SMS, the last (from Lyn) when I questioned an extra charge that appeared on my account ended with –DO NO REPLY- are you kidding? There was nothing rude in my SMS, just a request as to why the extra charge. The timestamp on the email she sent later indicates that she is from another country, perhaps standards of politeness are lower there.
The additional were due to the key not been back in the lockbox which, when we left was not there. We both looked and even had the poor security guard (who has nothing to do with Swainson) look, but it was not there, so rather than miss our flight we put the key in the mailbox and sent an SMS telling them so. There was also a few dishes left in the sink.

The apartment was so spacious! Great to have extra room. So close to city centre and bus stops we were requiring were so close. Ear plugs provided for traffic noise. Fabulous balcony area.
Bath plug didn't fit. Screen door locked but not sliding door.
