Close to everything we wanted to do whilst in Venice so very convenient. Canal and outside dining directly outside. Close walking to get water taxi on day of leaving .
Excellent staff and the lovely lady advised us on best gondola ride and also gave us a packed breakfast to take on departure as we left too early for breakfast.
Nothing it was great

Sijainti oli loistava. Hotelli rauhallinen. Aamiainen hyvä ja riittävä. Ilmastointi todella tarpeellinen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä.
Jyrkät raput,mutta niistä selvittiin hyvin.

The location is very good, there are gondolas passing by in front of the door. Just 5-10 minutes away from S. Marco pza.

Good location.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone in the hotel stole my ring from the room. We left in a rush and I forgot to put it on, which I realize is my fault. But I knew exactly where I left it and when we got back it was gone. It was my diamond engagement ring, so no real surprise. We told the person at the desk and she said it was probably lost in the sheets. Definitely not. Another staff member, possibly the owner, asked about it when we checked out and said he was sorry for the problem, but there was no real sense that they would speak to the staff or try to determine what had happened. We spoke to the police and made a report, but I don’t expect much there either. In any case, I strongly warn against this hotel.

Location was superb.... The main reason we choose this hotel. near the centre but also really quiet at night. Breakfast was continental with scrambled eggs. Tour to Mareno was included - great addition and receptionist was very knowledgeable about travel options
There was nothing I did not like.

Great location, lovely communal areas, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast served by friendly staff.
Bacon, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, toast, pastries, cereals, etc. Help yourself Coffee or the waitress will make you a nice Capacino.
We stayed in room 105 which is nothing like the photos. Very small and basic.
I booked 5 rooms for friends and would have been so embarrassed if any of my friends had this room after I praised the hotel so much after viewing the photos on websites.
My wife and I were on our anniversary and was so excited to stay in a lovely room but was utterly disappointed and it spoiled our stay in Venice
Maybe room 105 should be sold as a budget room??
Would have rated this hotel 10/10 if not for the room.

Location
The shower was leaking into the room.
Coffee cups were dirty

Our location to everything was superb, ferry, basilicia, shopping, san marco all so central, 5 mins away.
Rope rail felt unsteady on stairs. Fruit at breakfast was not fresh. Entry to bathroom needed repairing. Bed really short, and pillows very hard.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building was gorgeous for being 500 yrs old. The patio just outside our room was a nice bonus.
No elevator to the second floor, not even a service elevator and hauling suitcases was a bit tedious even for the one "bellhop" to pack. Also the room was very warm and took awhile to cool down.

Had a beautiful stay at Hotel Corte dei Greci. One night was not enough to truly appreciate Venice city. The staff were super welcoming and so accommodating especially when we had arrived early to store our luggage but there was a room available for us to check in at the time which was amazing. Loved that we had our own terrace off of the room. Great location for exploring!

Staff was marvelous. Nice breakfast.
There is no elevator (except for a baggage lift). The rooms are small - very very small.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, it's clean and really well placed for almost all of Venice, the room was clean too. I didn't try the breakfasts at the hotel
the hotel lacks any real lobby space or lounge area to sit and get food or drinks, but that's the type of hotel it was, it's a relatively small hotel where they have to work around the constraints of the building.

Super staff( gentlemen at the reception, ladies at the breakfast super friendly, super helpful) great location(5 mins to San Marco), good breakfast
Although I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel the only down part is the bed and the pillows !! they were extremely hard, not confortable at all.

The location is central. A very short distance from San Marco.
The room is extremely spacious and comfortable for four people. Also nicely decorated.
Room temperature is fine, even a little too much :)
The double bed is very comfortable. One of the single beds is a little small and there is a broken part under the bed.
The bathroom is very large and clean.
There is a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room.
There is also a terrace with furniture.
The gentleman at the reception was very attentive and friendly.
Breakfast is ordered the previous day and served to the table the next morning. It could have been a buffet. The breakfast of another hotel I stayed at in the same price range in Venice was much better. But it is ok.

Very comfortable stay for family of 4 overlooking the canal. Furniture is very Venetian with modern facilities. 5-7 minutes walk to Rialto for vaparetto. Water taxi is just outside hotel. Breakfast is of good quality. Staff especially Mar, is ever helpful. He even helped arranged all our breakfast a day ahead as we need to checkout before breakfast which starts at 8am. Mar and the hotel made our Venice trip perfect.

Great location and good value also the building itself is nice
but i would suggest to work on empathy and cordiality during the breakfast. all those ladies that were serving the breakfast was not so much gentle.

Location is great, a couple of minutes from the Lagoon and main waterbus stops at S Zacharia. Breakfast was nice and kept us fuelled until the afternoon. The room was well adequate for our needs as we weren't intending spending a lot of time in it. The staff were friendly and very informative about the local area and beyond. Definitely would stay again.
There was nothing of any note that we didn't like about the hotel.

Pleasant hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk to St Mark's Square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although we would have preferred our pre-ordered options not to have been served all at once ie cereal and fruit juice arriving at the same time as the cooked items. The hotel is mostly decorated in beautiful Venetian style.
Room 105.
Unfortunately room 105 was not what we expected and was not as illustrated on our booking confirmation. We thought we would be getting a room decorated in true Venetian style but instead we were given a very bland room which could have been anywhere with loose/broken flooring and a shower that leaked from under the shower curtain. We had mentioned shortly after booking that our stay in Venice was for our honeymoon and had hoped for something nicer especially for the price - nearly €200 a night. To be fair, Beatrice tried her best to move us to another room but as the hotel was full, this was not possible until our last night. When we were moved to room 202 it was like entering a different world. So much nicer and we would have enjoyed our honeymoon so much more had we been given this room from the start. It could have been that when we booked, room 105 was the last room available. However, I don't think the hotel should offer this room at all unless clearly stated at the time of booking that it is of a different standard to those advertised on the website.

Great location not far from St Mark's and Grand Canal. Be sure to take water bus (vaporetto) from train or bus station to the stop closest to the hotel - San Zaccaria. This is easy. Tickets can be bought for 1 trip or one day or 2 days etc. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast starts at 8. Many restaurants in the area.
L shaped room gave us a longish hallway with internal 'balcony' (which we did not use because of the mosquitos) but limited room in the bedroom itself.

Said there was a canal view & there wasn’t.
