Will definitely book this again whenever I'm in Lake Kawaguchiko

My partner (25M) and I (25F) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is right across Lake Kawaguchiko's main bus depot; which was very convenient and easy to find. The room we stayed at had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The room was a bit small, but manageable and they clean it everyday. TV as very tiny (23") if you don't mind. Beds were very comfy and extra space for your phone right above your bed. Windows open wide. Staff was amazing.

value for money, handy location, highly recommend

friendly staff, very spacious room, handy location, just across the bus/train station. clean and tidy, firm mattress, heaty toilet cover. restaurants and shops just around the corner (20 metres walk). the staff recommended the shop next door for luggage storage which was safe and cheap.

アットホームな感じ駅近で電車でくるには、最高の場所だと思います。外人さんが多い中、静かな夜でした。ポストカードもらいました。気遣いがうれしかったです。

大きなお風呂があれば良かったなぁと思います。へやの中から、鍵が閉まりにくかったです。また、他部屋のドアが閉まるたび、大きな音がします。

Love the view and will definitely come again

Location is great just across the train station. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and convenient store. The staff are really nice and helpful on directions and even when my stomach was unwell he even help me to get Medicine. Room are clean, comfy and spacious. The view of Mount fuji is really good but too bad it was cloudy during my stay. Will stay here again if I'm ever coming back to this area.

Sound proofing are the best. I can hear next door laughing and alarm.

ロケーションは最高です、古さは感じますが清潔にされていてスタッフの方も親切です、ライブ参戦で寝るだけなら最高です

駅前でコンビニも近く便利でしたまた泊まりたいと思います

よくないというよりテレビのリモコンにコツがあって長押ししてしばらく待つとつきますww ドライヤーが部屋に固定されていて(盗難対策？) 鏡まで遠いので女子は大きめの鏡持参が良いと思います

Good location and value for money

Friendly uncles and auntie,thank you and appreciate the post card they given to us after check out, they clean the room every day,infront of kawaguchiko station,drinkable water, our room view was mount fuji, can leave the baggage prior to check in, value for money, love the smell of shampoo and conditioner, its like a vintage house and we love it

Not soundproof you can hear other people talking from their room, you cant leave the baggage for hours after check out

河口湖駅の目の前‼️河口湖まで歩いて10分の最高のロケーションです。

冷蔵庫の電源が切られており使おうと思ってもなかなか冷えず使えなかった。椅子が壊れていた。

櫃檯人員是老先生，雖然語言不通，但是簡短的英文可以，人也很好。可以幫忙叫計程車。

離河口湖車站非常近

很小間，浴室有味道。雙床房在二樓，在房間裡面是看不到富士山的。

Fica praticamente em frente à estação de Kawaguchiko. Muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito educados e falam inglês. Acomodações fiéis às fotos. Simples e limpo. Custo benefício muito bom. Gostei.

Fuji Cocoon

Easy walk across the road from the train. Woke up to a perfect view of Mt Fuji. The bed was a delight, like sleeping on a cocoon.

Acceptable for short stays and for those who value location and price over anything else.

Pros: - Amazing location that was easy to find and right in front of the station. - Plenty of food and shopping places nearby. - Room was decently warm in the winter. - You get free yukata to dress into so you can leave pajamas at home if you want! - Front staff seemed limited on English ability but was very helpful and gave us a small souvenir when we left!

Cons: - Facilities are old. This is a business hotel, so I'm not expecting a lot, but the bathroom wall had holes on it and were just covered up with stickers. The kettle in our room did not work very well. The water pressure in the shower was not consistent - like it would literally go from weak to strong back to weak in one second, and alternate between hot and cold. One of the soles of the slippers were falling apart. Elevator is tiny and is only appropriate for one person with their luggage - maybe two if they're small. - Cleanliness could be improved. The water cups in the bathroom smelled a bit funky and the kettle wasn't fully dried before we checked in... - Amenities were lacking. You get a small thing of bad soap, a razor, toothbrush (with the tiniest amount of toothpaste), and single use packs of a combined shampoo/conditioner. It'll get you through the night but bring your own if you know you'll need it.

The staff at the reception was rude and unfriendly. Also they promised to arrange a room with Mt Fuji view (with email), end up, allocated a room without any view, terrible ! Won't stay again when visiting Lake Kawaguchi.

it very near to kawaguchiko station. View from my room is Mt Fuji, so its excellent. Heater is very help full. Tourist information is available. i can put my luggage before check in time. Staff is friendly.

My room is noise, i can hear people from outside. Amenity for bath is limited.
