We will definitely stay again

Staff were great they even opened the restaurant for a Continental breakfast as our flight was changed to an earlier one, great location, definitely recommend and stay again

Shame pool bar not open on a couple of days but I think it’s early season

Great location, excellent facilities!

Everything was great, we booked last minute due to a change in travel plans, and we were pleasantly surprised by the great facilities onsite, the very helpful staff, and the large, clean rooms overlooking the pool area :) The rooms are a great size, with great amenities, and an extremely large and comfortable bed - we would definitely return again! Thank you.

El baño con jacuzzi y ventana de privacidad y, por supuesto, las vistas. El desayuno estaba en general bastante bien y los empleados muy amables siempre. El parking también fácil de usar y accesible.

Me parece que para un 4 estrellas las ventanas no aíslan lo suficientemente bien el sonido de la calle, y estando donde está que es zona de mucho movimiento y fiesta entra demasiado ruido aún con todo cerrado.

Quality hotel in central Benidorm

Spacious, modern apartments in a hotel complex. We had a fantastic sea view from the 11th floor. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towel changes and mopped floor, something you don't always get from an apartment booking. Great for couples and adults, we had older teens with us, it was nice that the pool wasn't filled with children with inflatables. The pool was lovely for swimming, the hotel had a good rule that sunbeds couldn't be reserved and would remove towels laid out without people which meant you could always get a sunbed when you actually wanted to spend some time at the pool, which I applaud them for. Excellent location in the centre of Benidorm. We didn't use the hotel restaurant as it's surrounded by bars and restaurants, we did use the Japanese restaurant attached, which was fancy with robot waiters and great aircon (we were there during 35 degree heatwave) the restaurant was pricier than most but you get a 10% discount if you're staying at the hotel. The bar attached L'Abadia also served the pool. The bar itself was very nice and had lots of speciality beers they always brought tapas with your drinks, olives crisis nuts etc. We also ordered the meat and cheese platter which was well presented and delicious. We spent some evenings sat by the bar playing cards and the bar provided waiter service. They had some entertainment evenings which were Spanish singers etc. Overall the hotel was great quality and I would definitely stay there again.

Not many negatives, but if I was being picky we had a 2 bed apartment and while it was beautiful and spacious with lots of storage only one bedroom was separate so the other was open plan to the rest of the apartment which meant our teenage boys had to keep checking we weren't getting changed etc before walking through. Also no bathroom door lock. However the sofa bed was tucked in its own little area with wardrobe and storage so if you planned to use it that person would have their own space. There was no actual pool side toilet so you had to dry off first and go inside. Lifts could be busy especially if the cleaning team were using them. Entertainment wasn't every evening and tended to be Spanish singers so not geared towards English speaking guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We are going to come back with pleasure.

From the moment we checked in we felt welcome and friendly. Jake checked us in quickly and made us feel homey. Buffett for breakfast dinner and lunch were exceptional. We didn’t eat in Benidorm since the variety and menu changes each day were great. 5 star.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. Close to the center, close to the beach, perfect swimming pool and extra terrace with sun loungers. A very comfortable place, ideal for relaxation. Lovely and very helpful staff. We used the meals served at the hotel. The food is very tasty and varied. Very efficient and professional service.
