Proveitosa, embora turbulenta.

Café da manhã excelente! Mas, houve uma confusão e se não fosse eu ser firme, teria pago por refeição que não fizemos. O Hotel Mercure têm um nome à zelar, então cuidem da manutenção. Tivemos diversos problemas de manutenção no quarto. Obrigada!

Localização próxima á Av Paulista, rua de fácil acesso e com saída para várias regiões da cidade

Instalações em geral sem manutenção, especialmente nas áreas comuns. Café da manhã simples, e com poucas opções. Quarto razoável porém o banheiro cheio de respingos nas paredes, sinais de infiltração, não tinha saboneteira, toalhas muito velhas (uma lixa) e limpeza deixou a desejar.

Um ´toma experiência que eu repetiria e recomendo.

Gostei do atendimento de toda equipe, que foi extremamente gentil e prestativa. Ótima localização e quarto confortável, com todos os equipamentos funcionando.

A manutenção do quarto pode ser melhorada. No guarda roupas haviam gavetas quebradas e o caixilho da porta estava "estufado" parece que havia sido molhado.

Gostei da localização!

O apartamento que nos colocaram estava com o ar condicionado quebrado,então disseram que nos dariam um up grade e iríamos para um melhor,só que a cama era bem pequena,mal cabia 2 pessoas e pedimos para trocar por outro quarto e nos disseram que não tinha uma cama maior,ou ficávamos com um quarto quente ou com uma cama pequeniníssima e ainda adaptado para PNE.Passamos três dias sem dormir direito,meu esposo tem 1.89m de altura e foi uma péssima experiência.

Conforto e excelente localização, a alguns passos da Av. Paulista.

O quarto Standard é bom, com camas bem confortáveis. Água quente funciona muito bem. Apesar de estar muito próximo da Avenida Paulista, a região é silenciosa para dormir. Café da manhã delicioso e uma equipe de funcionários prestativos. Voltarei.

A Tv poderia ser smart. Há poucos canais. Nada que desabone a estadia, porém seria algo a ser pensado em termos de renovação.

I liked the location. The water pressure was awesome.

The room was not what i expected. It was cold as hell in the room. They have this platic garbage little heater that barely works unless you are in front of it. The water would not go down the drain in the shower well. The little young guy that works at check in needs a customer service class. When i asked about a heater, he said "the room does not heat up, it is normal for us." I am glad that it is normal for them but it is not normal for the customers. Finally, another person mentioned the crap heater they have.

Fun, Nice and new

Most of the staff were very friendly, and tried to speak to me in English, as I can’t speak Portuguese due to a learning difficulty.

I had two dinners in the hotel both of which were not great the first most of the chips weren’t cooked properly and the second was a pizza which I found horrible. No sockets near the bed which was a pain as the only accessible socket was on the other side of the room.

Staff are great and friendly

Property needs renovations everything is 30 years old. Key often did not work. Bed was two singles pushed together and my bed cover came off showing one of the most disgusting stains I have seen in my life. Nearly vomited. Don't even give free water bottles - never seen that before in Latin American hotel. Bathroom looked like it could be used as a set for Dahmer.

awful service, the worst I’ve ever head for good brand hotels

an awful service, I had to carry my luggage by myself (5 valises as I was finishing a 5 weeks vacation with my family) out of the taxu, up to the room, down from the room and into the taxi. I couldn’t work as even in a triple room you get only three devices allowed to connect to the wi-fi. In top of that, you have to money-borrow glass wines and cuttlery. Shameful
