They upgrade our room to a cabana. We are really happy
There are no single soap in the bathroom .. we need to purchase the soaps from outside .. they are charging 10% service charge more to the actual price!!

I have stayed here before and liked it really but a lot has changed.
The best part is the young staff working in the restaurant, always friendly.
The hotel needs more maintenance. The roof is leaking in some parts and water comes in when it rains.
There are only russians at the hotel which is not nice during current circumstances.
The breakfast needs to be improved.

Nice comfortable chalet style rooms, with good bathrooms. Two good size pools. Staff very helpful when required.
Good to have a kettle in the room with an ample supply of tea and coffee.
Sadly, my favourite staff member from previous visits, a Downs Syndrome man we called Duti passed away recently from Covid. He will be missed.
Sri Lanka is suffering problems with power and fuel supply (amongst other things) and the frequent power cuts were annoying, we were told the hotel had a backup generator but this was out of use due to the fuel shortages. The hotel tried their best and supplied oil lanterns.

The hotel looks beautiful and has a very nice pool in lovely gardens. We were welcomed with cooling flannel and a cocktail on arrival :).
The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty and the waiting staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and there was a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area.
Our first room had a broken bath and no seperate shower so upon request we were moved to a better room, which had very dusty gritty surfaces and floors, as if it hadn't been used for some time. But once it was cleaned it was very comfortable.
The wifi was only available for all guests in reception and it was slow and temperamental.
The reception staff were brief and not very engaging, their english was limited

Excellent location. Cabanas were great. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff were really lovely. Hotel very restful yet within a busy holiday resort. Very close to beaches and restaurants.

Clean, fantastic staff, great very well presented food.
Our booking made 7 months previously for 6 adults, 2 children was changed on the morning of our arrival so could not book into our rooms, had to be accommodated in another property of there's for the evening. Not a great start.
Was looked after very much for our inconvenience for the next 10 days so the inconvenience at the start was all forgotten about.
