Eight day stay

Hotel was very clean the cleaners were very attentive. The nice bath house was nice though could get quite busy and the staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful assisted us with receiving and sending our bags off aswell as calling taxis and were knowledgeable on what activities to do for the day. Will stay here again.

The walls and doors didn't have the best sound proofing you could hear people slamming doors and people on the street depending what level you're staying on.

２週間の長期宿泊でしたがとても良いホテルでした！

清潔感があって、スタッフの方の対応もほんとに素晴らしかった。女性一人だとちょっと不安な立地ですが、ホテルの中はその不安を感じさせない清潔感がありました。大浴場がありますが、部屋のバスルームもきれいで広く、十分に満足できました。

やはり、立地です

The location is really good from Umeda, and you can reach most places easily, and the large malls and large supermarkets are st the same area.

While sleeping in the middle of the night, i think it could be some tiny insects crawling under the blancket, not sure what is it, as it is too dark and i am too sleepy to investigate. I hope the hotel could pest free these rooms.

Exceptional

Reception was modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was retro, with the big old headboard. Room was massive, and had a view. Close to an entrance to Whity subway - but a little far from Umeda station if you have luggage. Close to great food. Area has a bad reputation, but we didn't have any trouble with anyone.

Great stay!

the bed and pillow were comfortable. The hotel was at an excellent location, close to a network of underground shop which was handy as it was raining when we arrived at the Osaka station. We managed to walk underground, and only was under the rain for the last 4 minute of the walk.

the fact that people with tattoos can't use the bath at the hotel.

The description is aligned with the experience. The hotel provides comfortable bedrooms and good breakfast. There is a convenient laundry room and it is well positioned in the city.

The whole hotel, furniture and decoration is a little dated and may need a bit of refreshing, but all in all it was clean so it was not a problem.

Best room we stayed in over 3 weeks

Fabulous Japanese breakfast, very large twin room with two double beds and even very comfortable pyjamas. Public bath on the top floor was great

Directions from Osaka station would have been helpful. It took us a while to find the location when we arrived ... We realised on the day we left that we were only 5mn away from one of the exits !

Superb

The hotel is very close to the train station and the sprawling underground shopping mall beneath it. The staff is very helpful, some of them speak English well. The room size is good for a Japanese hotel.

The breakfast is amazing, lots variety so it's sure to please. It's a little hard to find, coming from the station but an easy walk if you know where you're headed.

Quite worth while I paid.

Breakfast was excellent. Just one thing I thought was restaurant was not big. So, it might be crowded in busy times. Location is a little bid unsafe, but is very close to the central station.

Always amazing

The hotel is flawlessly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love their public bath. The rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast looked good and the local guests seemed to like it but not to my liking. I hope there will be fresher croissants and toasts.
