Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location would definitely recommend.
Nothing.

Location. Cleanliness.
Nothing really

location is amazing. property was immaculate. fabulous place to stay. great value too. Really impressed. Definitely would stay again

The room was clean, tiny and cozy. Friendly staff. District is interesting)
Sometimes it is too hot, sometimes too cold, but there is a heater in the room, so it helps.

Very comfortable room and bed on the backside of building. Enough so that I enjoyed the bird sounds in the morning. Fantastic location for food, boutique shopping, thrifting and transportation options. This is not a traditional hotel so there is no lobby or staff on site.
Very busy corner so beware of possible noise issues.
3.9
Nothing, this place is a rip off, a scam. The take the payment for accommodation and then provide no way of accessing the building. Avoid at all costs. They still owe me money.

I booked a room for 2 originally but ended up only I could make it to the trip so this is solely a review based on my experience. The location of is central to a lot of places in London, it's within walkable distance to several tube stations and there's a bus running to west London right next to the building. Staff responded quickly to any issues raised and were helpful and friendly in general. The double room has everything there as promised. Heating and duvet are sufficient to get by the weather in November. Smooth self-check in. They asked us to fill out a pre-check out survey to see if there's any issue with the stay.
Building/room: No elevator, carpeted stairs was slippery with the rain, no handrails along the stairs. Could be daunting for travelers with a lot of luggage. Only conditioner and shower gel were provided, but they probably have shampoo if you ask. Additional bed linen and towels cost 25GBP. Wifi is unstable.
Noise: Flat 4 on 1/F faces the street, I thought the windows were not completely shut because of how it sounded upon entry. Gap between the window frame and the window itself + no window lock makes it feel a bit insecure. Appreciate the ear plugs but barely helped. You can hear people's conversation, car's engine, motorcycle/bus/trash car passing by even past midnight. Difficult for light sleepers. While I understand the street is busy, I think the place would significantly benefit from getting new windows in the long run.
Cleanliness: The room is tidy and neat in general, however upon closer look I do see dust gathered near the clothing rack and side of walls. Some utensils stored in the drawers of the kitchenette are a bit dirty. For bathroom, while the toilet was clean, I was a bit shocked to see some tiny poop stain on the white wall. The shower head was paved with pink deposit from hard water + bacteria I suppose, and they didn't clean it, they looked a bit gross to be used on a daily basis.
Smoke: I don't smoke and I constantly smell cigarette in the room coming down from the bathroom exhaust fan. I did notice that they put an air purifier and thought it was a nice touch until I smell the cigarette. I left it off before I go one day, and when I head back my towels hanging away from the bathroom was soaked with cigarette smell. I don't think they are enforcing the no smoking policy, or perhaps they are aware of permanent residents constantly smoking here hence they have the purifier in place.
Service: I asked if they have another room available after 1st night of stay due to the noise, Carolina responded promptly and politely that there's a room facing the back of the building on 2/F but refused to let me check the room in person, instead she sent me an airbnb link to the images of the room. 25GBP cleaning fee is required if I switch, I decided not to because I cant tell if it's for better or worse if I cant check the place out in person, plus I would not be able to tell if the cigarette issue is still persistent there. Interestingly, Carolina suggested to me that if I promise to give a 10 points review on booking.com, she can talk it through with her boss to get the 25GBP cleaning fee waived for me if I switch rooms. I want to be honest about my experience with the stay therefore I did not follow up with her. For that, please read with caution for all 10 point reviews you're reading here on the page.
I think the room is overpriced for what the experience offers, therefore I would not recommend booking a room with them. It might work out for a day or two, but definitely not for any longer.

Only the location
the noise is unbearable and any place that supplied earplugs as standard knows how bad it is. light from curtains bursting through, tv didn’t work, only 1 of the 3 main lights worked.
3.9
The room and bathroom were a good size, the location is amazing for exploring East London and having a proper coffee maker, a fridge and a microwave was great! They have a very nice terrace too.
The TV only worked occasionally and the window was super thin and didn't close all the way, which meant you could hear the conversations on the pavent below and it gets a bit drafty at the desk.

Brilliant location, very nice and friendly stuff, clean rooms
3.9
The location and access was great. The area is wonderful and full of energy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The keyless entry was very nice
No TV in the room, although there was more than enough entertainment in the area a TV could help for room entertainment. There was an iron, however no iron board.

The place was clean.
Staff, take thier time to respond. First we had a room the window of which opened in the terrace of a bar with full access in & out, thus no security. At our request , they did change the room so that was nice.
Need to keep in mind that there's no elevator or AC. With a foot problem it was hard especially with the luggage (& I was traveling internationally so had heavy bags) on the first day, I'd asked for help with the luggage on our departure date & sent a message the day before (which apparently was sent after hours) so didnt get help. Twisted my other foot in the process. When i contacted the staff i was told the after hours bit with them having no memory of my request on first day(which was a phone conversation)
Anyway, long story shirt. Not going back.

Excellent position, clean, good value for money. The assistance with Carolina on whatsapp makes things easy, very kind and professional.
Nothing to say, all went well.
3.9
decent, whilst being fairly standard
staff weren't that friendly or helpful on check in
3.9
A convenient location to get to by public transit, with lots of excellent cafes, pubs, and restaurants right aside or a short walk. The room was comfortable and suitable for my needs.
3.9
Spacious, modern designed rooms.
All around very clean.
Nice kitchen w coffee machine etc perfect for a quick breakfast.
Haven't seen any of the staff but they were very responsive online.
Very -very- noisy! Although there's a double window you can still here all the traffic on the street.
This could have been acceptable however there's literally no sound isolation on the door.
You can hear all the door shots, other guests even whispering!
(They left ear plugs in rooms, thanks for that!)
Uncomfortable bed & cushions, very firm.

Great location and great room and staff very friendly especially Carolina my assistant for the stay !
The mattress was too springy could have been more comfortable mattress. And a standard size oven to cook in. Other than that couldn’t have been better.
