Lovely time in a great apartment.

Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very well presented apartment with everything you may need. Lovely gardens and pool. The rear patio was a real bonus and a real sun trap.

Relaxing family holiday in Javea, lovely comfortable apartment in superb location very close to beach, bars and amenitie

The best thing about the property was the location, the supermarket was literally a 2 minute walk away. Also a huge advantage being very close to amenities and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The local food is absolutely superb and there’s plenty of activities at the beach to keep everyone entertained including kids camp during the holidays. We recommend the kayak tour which includes cliff jumping and snorkelling. A recent addition of a dishwasher in the property is a bonus along with a washing machine. The property is on the ground floor and very close to the pool which is perfect for those that don’t want to walk too far or especially those with a young family. The grounds are very well maintained and this complex has the advantage of permanent parasols dotted about for shade.

There was nothing negative to say, what you see is what you get so if that’s what your looking for then you won’t be disappointed.

Very spacious apartment in a fantastic location. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was just perfect, pool located just outside our back door. The Largs terrace was a great space to chill and relax.

Cozy and colorful

We had a really nice time here and the apartment ticked all the important boxes: * clean * homey * great location * comfy bed * efficient, easy-to-use heater for cool nights * warm lighting for the evening

We had only one minor complaint regarding the kitchen. It didn't affect us much because we mostly eat in restaurants (this is Spain after all 😊), but the sauté pans lack a proper size lid, and a small pan for a couple of eggs would be great.

This property is fabulous , comfortable clean, excellent facilities . It is quiet , near a supermarket and 5 minutes walk from the beach , bars and restaurants on the Arenal. Perfect in every way .
