The room was lovely, maybe a little tight for space, due to the sumptuous bed.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
We didn't use it, but the fridge was a nice extra and the water included.
We were there in a hot evening, and a room fan would have been wonderful, but all in all a super stay.

Great room and breakfast was awesome 🤩

Really well located, lovely and friendly staff, clean rooms and a great cooked breakfast.
Finding faults would be hard, and need some digging. Exactly as advertised and as expected.

The Twenty One is an excellent boutique B&B. We stayed in Room 8, which was comfortable, quirky modern, and with a view of the sea from the bay window. The full cooked breakfast is to die for and sets you up for the short walk through the lively Kemptown area of Brighton to the city centre, Royal Pavilion, Pier, and i360. Lots of local restaurants, our favourite was Anatolia (a bit short on ambience but great service of amazing Turkish food!). Also check out The Hand in Hand, a tiny microbrewery pub just round the corner from Twenty One!

Beautifully decorated, spotless, perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved the location,. The room with side seaview + balcony + bath was very swish. Decor of building sexy and fun. The host was very friendly. All good.
Bed was a bit too firm for us.
The food offering wasn't as I'd hoped ... 1 x vegan - no snacks in room for me or milk which was a surprise in Brighton and the vegan breakfast was small with no real effort made. My husband who ordered veggie was given meat (was replaced) and didn't ask how he liked eggs. Not ideal.
Loved the venue but wouldn't go back as the food let it down, as I said, surprising for Brighton and disappointing.

Boutique, friendly owners and quiet from street noise.
Liked everything

The hotel owner, Susie, was very welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with my arrival time and although she was due to be unavailable, she made sure that she was around when I arrived at the hotel.
The breakfast was delicious and the environment was so cosy and comfortable with some very quirky accessories :)
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Nothing to be honest.

This was a quirky hotel, with lots of curios placed around the communal areas. The bedroom/seating area was a good size. The bathroom was well stocked. Lovely big bath ( although a little tricky stepping out if you don't have long legs).
The hotel was in a good location, and the road was quite quiet. The staff (owners) were engaging and friendly.
There was nothing really not to like. However, the breakfast time was quite early ( for a Saturday).

Meeting Suzie and sharing in the history of her B&B.
Having an E Scooter parked by the front door was a bit disconcerting in light of previous issues of these bikes batteries igniting.

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing - cooked freshly to order and very tasty. We were on the top floor, so wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was really lovely. Very well presented and homey and I felt well catered for. The owners were really sweet and caring and curious about me and my work and happy to just chat in general.
Only one thing that was a bit of a negative was getting checked in. I wanted to check in at 2PM and there was no one around to let me in which meant I had to wait around when I had an appt but that was remedied quite quickly and so it was really a very small blib in an otherwise exceptional experience.

Nice welcome. Excellent cleanliness. Good location for the beach.
Breakfast times were very constrained so had to miss out due to work commitment. I think that should be advised on booking and rate without offered.
More sockets needed in the room.
