Great getaway in Downtown Nashville

Great location near restaurants and far enough off broadway that is was quiet. Clean and modern.

it was decent. would not stay here again for that price.

i liked that the property was in walking distance to everything but not in the mix to hear the chaos.

elevators took FOREVER.. also, was in a handicap room although did not request (which are often less in price). did book last minute although - i feel like it could have been acknowledged. not that the experience should be any difference because the room offered a king bed and a decent view. also, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned or that it was not often occupied and forgot about to thoroughly clean // vent did not work in bathroom and just made annoying noise // sink did not drain well // AC did not work that well, room was very humid like even at 68 degrees.

Nicely appointed modern hotel that needs some attention to detail.

Nice modern design. Nice room and bed. Good breakfast buffet and options. Good sized gym and pool.

Was treated rudely when I arrived. There was never anyone at the bell desk at anytime during my stay, so I had to leave my suitcase with the bell desk at the Omni across the street. The hotel has a nice door to the street - Korean Vet's Blvd - that you can exit through, but you cannot enter through it. You have to walk around and through the garage to enter. This is true even though there is no security, no bellhop, and no other staff at the garage entrance. You also need your card key to use the elevator to get to your room. So there is ZERO reason to force guests to walk through the garage to get into their hotel. In the gym, there are a half dozen elipticals and another half dozen treadmills but not a single recumbent bike (my cardio machine of preference). In general, you can just tell that this is a hotel run by people who don't use it and don't think like a customer.

Excellent! Can’t wait to come back.

We loved everything about the AC Hotela, breakfast, wine, our room and service. Every person working there was amazing, very professional and just on top of everything. Great experience! Can’t wait to come back in summer and enjoy the pool area.

We will be back!

Very clean and convenient! Alisha at valet was amazingggg. Trai at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped us with everything we needed even though we arrrived late at night. Had the best times of our lives and we will be back!

Nice hotel within walking distance of everything in downtown Nashville

The location is great for walking to the Bridgestone arena and downtown bar area. The room was clean and modern.

There is some street noise as you are right downtown. Access to the Valet parking is a little confusing.

I really didn’t like how they didn’t change the towels out of the room.

A very convenient stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were awesome. The lobby was very large and easy to hang out in. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The couch lost its function because it needed to used to hold suitcases which left the room with only one chair.
