About this villa rental

Villa Pasal is very conveniently located within the Jolly Harbour private marina community with all it's facilities at close walking distance. The open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas for up to 6 adults plus 2 children) has a Smart TV (Netflix etc), DVD, music player and private WiFi for internet access with unlimited use. This leads directly to the covered Veranda and split level deck areas (with gas BBQ/Grill, al fresco dining and sun loungers for 8 guests) extending over the water to enjoy the sun and views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar and equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, cooker with oven and hob, blender, microwave, toaster etc and a utility closet with washing machine, iron and board etc. The master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin vanity basins) and the second bedroom both open onto the Veranda. The third bedroom also has it's own bathroom en-suite. There is also a fourth twin bedroom. The additional family bathroom also has a large shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the Villa and all windows/doors have mosquito screens. Air conditioning. Private driveway, carport and small garden areas.

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful villa. Paul is an excellent host, very responsive and keen to answer questions and provide as much info as possible. On this occasion we were in Antigua to get married and wanted a large villa for ourselves and my in laws. It was the perfect space to host dinner for extended family also staying in Jolly Harbour, as there are two dining areas inside and on the deck outside. I can’t recommend the villa enough. We had a few issues with a leaky tap and water issues in the Jolly Harbour area (the latter was a Jolly Harbour wide issue, not specific to the villa) and Roxann at HBK, who manages the villa, was quick to send someone round to sort out the problem. Once again, a wonderful stay, we will be back!

We booked via Vrbo and was able to communicate with Paul the owner from pre booking until the end of our holiday. We found him very responsive and gave useful tips to our many questions. Providing us with a really informative pack which we did refer to from time to time. We had a lovely stay over a 3 week period. A family of 7 from 1yrs to 87yrs old. The villa is as per the advert with all the property attributes needed to have a stress free holiday. Being spacious inside and out. The kids loved the space especially the baby. All the crockery and kitchen equipment your ever need. It felt safe and secure at all times. Unlimited internet and netflix were handy for those lazy days indoors. It was nice and very peaceful to sit out on the veranda having my morning coffee, occasionally watching the boats as they sailed by. The location was really convenient and Jolly Harbour has one of the best beaches we visited. A really decent supermarket and good restaurants. There were times we had to contact the property management for a couple of things but they were easy to contact by phone or by popping into their office where the team were helpful and able to resolve our request. We would recommend a stay at this villa.Thank you Paul for letting us stay in your home and keeping us comfortable and cool.

We recently spent 11 days at Villa Pasal and it was absolutely delightful! Prior to our stay, Paul was a great resource of information and promptly answered all of our questions. Once we arrived, Roxann and the team at HBK Management made sure we had everything we needed (we even rented our golf cart through them). The villa is lovely, clean and spacious with all of the amenities you'd need or want. The common area living room/kitchen is the perfect place to gather if you aren't spending all of your time on the deck, which has plenty of space for being in the sun or lounging in the shade. The bedrooms were very comfortable - the mattress in the master is one of the best mattresses we've had in a vacation home. The layout of the home provides perfect spots to come together as a group while also providing plenty of space for alone time. The location is a short golf cart ride to either North or South Beach and to all of the Jolly Harbour shops and restaurants. I'd highly recommend a stay at Villa Pasal for your next trip to Antigua!

This Villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing with plenty of room, a great view, extremely clean and welcoming. The Jolly Harbour area provided a variety of restaurants and beaches to enjoy. All of the amenities you need are provided at the villa plus the supermarket is just down the road.

We are a large family who’ve enjoyed the best Christmas ever at Villa Pasal. Such a magnificent property with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spacious and airy, the Villa was ideal for us all and everyone loved it! We loved the decks and the cool tub, such a relief from the glorious Caribbean sunshine and perfect for a cooling dip or a sunset jacuzzi ☀️ The property is so well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach life holiday but also so well furnished and really comfortable to relax in and enjoy as a home from home at the same time. Paul was the most amazing host and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a magical family holiday in Antigua ☀️

All in our group wanted me to highlight that the pictures do not do this villa justice. It is fabulous. More than you could need. It is superb value and the host is great. We intend to go back at least once next year and we are already missing watching the sun go down while sitting on the deck. The Villa is exactly as described. It's spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in it. It is very well kitted out and the cool tub is a must around 4pm. We found Paul to be engaging and knowledgeable, he really is the best owner we have dealt with from Vrbo. He couldn't do enough for us before the trip, answering our plethora of questions about the location and answering our subsequent questions while we were there. Thank you Paul for being so patient with us and always being on hand to help us out. We had an amazing time here for our family holiday made up of 2 adults and 4 teenages. The layout of the house suited us perfectly and had everything and more provided. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise and much enjoyed. The location in jolly harbour is superb easy enough for a nice stroll into the commerical centre or havjng the use of the golf buggys with shopping or beach much appreciated. Its really a 5star property and there is not one negative thjng i could mention. Paul is an excellent host who communicated brilliantly and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to checkin to make it as smooth as possible. We all cqnt wait to return to Jolly and we would certainly rent this property again 😀

The villa is very beautiful and spacious. The deck and view is perfect to wake up to. The villa is very well equipped and you feel right at home. We had a lovely welcome gift and really appreciate all the wonderful communication with the owner. We loved the villa. The only downside for us was the fact that only the bedrooms had AC. We live in Florida and are used to 12 month AC in all the rooms. It was very hard for us not to have AC in the main house.

We had a great family vacation at the Villa. It was much more spacious than I was expecting. Breakfast every morning on the shaded patio was a perfect way to start our days. Dinners out there were wonderful also, I was worried we might be bothered by mosquitoes but there were few that bothered us. The development was perfect with the supermarket and restaurants being very close. Paul was a wonderful host, being so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. My only suggestions would to get a big fan for the main room to help with the airflow. It gets cool at night, but the hot air would get trapped in the grand room. The bedrooms were fine as they had the A/C units in them. The other suggestion would be just for some better lighting, especially in the bath rooms. I found it hard to shave in the dim lights. One last thing, as we were a bit confused. Even though you'll see a hot tub on the deck in the photos, the heater in it doesn't work, so it's really just like a cooling pool. It's great if you stay at the house during the day, but in the cool evenings, it was a bit chilly for our tastes to use and hang out in.

The villa is very spacious & high quality, with a huge veranda and water-side decking. The easy walk to the main restaurant area takes about 15 mins, or you can rent the owner’s golf cart. The owner sent loads of info in advance and was happy to answer additional questions to help us prepare for the trip.

PROS: Paul is an amazing host and answered all questions prior as well as during our stay. He graciously gave us a late check out when our flight changed to a later time and gave us complimentary use of a second golf cart. The location is wonderful with an easy golf cart ride to beaches, shops and restaurants. The home easily accommodated six adults. Beach is beautiful for a nice long walk. We did find service at all restaurants to be extremely slow so be prepared to wait for drinks and meals. CONS: One of the golf carts broke down twice stranding bus at the grocery store and beach. The other golf cart wouldn’t go in reverse unless you went in drive first and it backfired a lot. Paul and managers were able to retrieve the cart but Carts were unreliable and need a good service. The lighting in the entire house is extremely dim especially in the bathrooms. Just one small light over master vanity where it was impossible to apply make up or shave even in daylight. This was a very frustrating issue for us and no light over the dining room table - just a few very small lights in the ceiling and a few lamps which wasn’t sufficient. We had to deal with two other maintenance issues while there which isn’t something I want to deal with while on vacation. Again, Paul was easy to reach to help with issues.

The owner Paul is fantastic to work with very responsive very helpful he gives you a five page document that really tells you all the different things that are going on around jolly Harbor and restaurants that you can visit. The house was lovely it’s great for family it was just my husband and I but it’s four bedrooms very clean right on the lagoon the area was OK that’s why I only gave it a three star but it is gated community it seem very safe. I would visit Again.

We booked this lovely villa on Vrbo and as soon as we entered the villa we were not disappointed with the very spacious living area and ample size bedrooms. The itinerary provided before we arrived was very informative and interesting giving us plenty of info to plan our 11 night stay . The use of the jetty to moor up a boat we hired was really nice , We made use of the 2 golf carts to get around the fantastic marina , beeches , shops and restaurants , the air con in bedrooms was great , overall a fantastic stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Pascal . We were very comfortable with 8 adults staying . Thank you Paul and family for letting us stay

The Villa is perfectly located in Jolly Harbour. It's like a private mini village with large supermarkets, ATM and a number of other shops & restaurants. Entering the villa was breath taking with large opened kitchen, dining & lounge which looks out onto the lagoon with no obstructed views. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an outside barbecue grill and dining table. Their are 2 bedrooms on either side of the open plan family area. The master bedroom with ensuite & a large double bedroom with ensuite on one side. On the other side have 2 large bedrooms that shares a family bathroom. There are beach chairs & inflatables for the beach. It was easy to get in touch with the Agents when required. Securities & other residents are polite & helpful. We rented a car for offsite journeys but used the golf carts for Jolly Harbour which was totally fun. There are so much more lovely things I can say but it would be way too long. We really loved it & didn't want to leave.

A very well equipped, spacious and easy to live in property centrally located and near to a well equipped supermarket and beautiful beaches. The owner has ensured that the house has absolutely everything needed for a self catering stay. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the golf buggy is ideal for trips to the Beach and restaurants if you would rather not hire a car. Excellent communication and any small issues that we had whilst we were there were resolved in a very timely fashion by the management company. A wonderful wonderful stay! Thank you Paul

December 25, 2021 to January 5, 2022 Great villa in a great spot. Travelled with family and friends, a total of 5 of us. Villa is very spacious with a wonderful, large patio and deck area overlooking the water at the Jolly harbour marina. More than enough room and a very well equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive before and during the trip, making everything easy and stress free. Everything needed for a vacation is nearby including groceries, restaurants and the most importantly the exquisite beaches. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful month long stay at Villa Pasal. (Feb 26 to Mar 24). The villa had absolutely everything we needed. Definitely home away from home. The kitchen was very well equipped, beds were super comfortable, dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There really wasn't one thing that we wished that we had to make our life more comfortable.The double deck is absolutely awesome for morning coffee and evening meal. We actually never ate inside but there certainly would have been room at the large dining table. The hot tub/cold tub provided a welcome reprieve from the heat and served as a mini pool for a grandchildren while they waited to go to the beach. The birds, chameleons, cats and mongoose provided extra enjoyment from the deck area. We saw lots of fish from the deck (1 meter long tarpon) although not much luck with the fishing rod. I golfed most days and the course was approximately a 3 minute drive on the golf cart which we rented from Paul. The golf cart was definitely a good choice for getting around Jolly Harbour. Everything was a 5 min. golf cart ride away. Restaurants were a 4-5 minute ride away as was the grocery store, ATM, pool, beach and anything else one would need. We did hire a car for a couple of weeks to explore the rest of the island of Antigua. We enjoyed being on Course Way which is still close to everything but seemed a bit quieter than the South Finger. The very detailed information package from Paul was a great help as was the cell phone he provided with preprogrammed numbers for restaurants, care rental and HBK (the Home Management group). We loved our stay at Villa Pasal in Jolly Harbour!!! This home is spacious, comfortable and just plain awesome. No surprises or disappointments what so ever. Thanks so much Paul and Sally. It was exactly as pictured on VRBO and even more wonderful than we could have ever imagined.
