Proximity
No hot water in bathroom. Cold showers.
Light globe needed replacing.
Parking not on site.

I like that it was central to everything. I walked a lot so it the best place!!! The room was lovely and copy and loved the stories about the building! My daughter the lasagna downstairs at the cafe! she ate it 4 times!!!
Probably the train underground work which was noisy at time!! The aircon in the room could not be changed when it was cold. at the time only 1 lift was working
4.2
Location, old and gold building, big room, value for money, pretty much everything
My daughter slept in the single bedroom and could hear someone snoring all night. The sound proof doesn’t exist.

From the carpark it was a two minute walk to the accommodation. The room was huge and every facility you could ask for was at hand. Indide the room was so quiet.
Nothing

Great location for our visit. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
Absolutely nothing.

Loved the style and how the history can been seen through the decor. Very comfortable
And big rooms, great atmosphere.
Luke Warm or cold showers each day. Did mention it twice to the staff and again upon checkout, whom didn’t seem that interested. Parking is advertised as valet but really only it’s the staff parking the car (ours was too big) in their lift parks. So parking is an issue as we had to use the up town building bit of a hassle lugging all our gear to it on checkout. Road works did make the accessibility to the accomodation harder.
4.2
Size of the room was great
The only problem was that there were roadworks going on outside, but we worked our way around that
4.2
Central location. Olde World charm
No hand rail on the stairs within the room

It was clean and tidy. The apartment had enough space for the 4 of us , and we didn't feel like we were in each other's space.
When we first arrived, it had an old somker Smell to it, but once we were there for a little while, it wasn't as strong. It wasn't too bad that we couldn't deal with it. it was just there.

Location was fabulous

Great location in the centre of CBD. Hotel is a little long in the tooth but is well-maintained and clean. Rooms are more like studio apartments with very basic kitchen facilities. Overall very good value for money for the location, but don't expect a 5-star hotel. I'd certainly stay here again.
Nothing really. I got what I paid for and was quite satisfied.

Location
Difficulty closing drapes.

Room was a very good size with great amenities and generally very clean with carpet that looked new and lovely furnishings. Valet car parking was very helpful.
Only small negative that prevented a mark of 10 for cleanliness was dust on top edge of tiles up high in bathroom and door stay on high back of door.
4.2
Great location to visit QPAC. Apartment was very well equipped for a longer stay with cooking and washing facilities.
Noisy plumbing during the night.
4.2
Old world charm.. huge rooms, nice and clean and fantastic CBD location.
4.2
Wonderful location, classical and elegant styling. Spacious rooms with a good amount of luggage storage. The bathroom was stunning and spotless. The staff were lovely and the interior of the hotel was very peaceful, a lovely retreat from the busy city centre.
4.2
Staff on arrival were great. Parking was easy... just the infrastructure works on the street made arrival a bit more difficult. Location was good for what we needed.
Room was clean but dated. Stains on carpets.. second blanket was old and marked, bedside lampshades were ready for bin and bedroom light had come away from ceiling. Next doors water pipes vibrated in bedroom walls at night. Place has potential... just needs some money spent.

location was good
the toilet ran all night

Location was great. Old but functional.
Poor internet ( I had 2 international zoom meetings and dropped out a few times) No coffee machine.
4.2
Location within the city.
The old style furniture and fixtures were nice
The bed, stated in the room description that there was city views we got a view of the next door building. We has a light in the doorway we couldn't turn off. We couldnt have hot water in the shower in the morning
