Great location 'smack in the middle' of everything. Apartments are neat and clean, with most things you'll need for a short stay, including a sweet little welcome treat. Easy check in. Very communicative host. Irene was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She helped us move units when the unit we first had reserved did not work for our family. She even mailed my husband's jacket back which had been forgotten in a closet.
We had originally booked the lower floor unit, which we discovered at check in had a distinct mold smell. This may not bother some guests, but is an issue if you have allergies. The host very graciously assisted us in moving to a higher floor unit, which did not have any issues.

Location was great, large enough to accommodate our group.
Host communication was lacking. There was minimal communication from time the reservation was made to check-in. A timeframe for arrival was given and we struggled to find the location. Host was called for help and didn’t answer. After we finally found the location pictures with instructions were received. We had to wait for almost an hour outside of the apartment for the host’s representative to let us in. When she arrived she blamed the cleaning lady for not letting us in. (Inappropriate) Host’s representative said we owed more money at check-in which was not stated at anytime prior to arrival. When questioned, host’s representative apologized for the misunderstanding and said “this is a gift for you.” We paid the city tax for the number of people staying in the accommodations and received a receipt. After check in, the Host contacted Booking customer service saying we owed more money and also requested the city tax payment 2 additional times before and after check-out. I sent a picture of our receipt and then the host claimed they were messaging the wrong person. Accommodations would have been great if not for the poor communication of host and their representative, and multiple attempts to make us pay more than the reservation and verbal agreements made at check-in.

The place was amazing. Very close to the water shuttle and Saint Mark's Square.
It was super conformable to check in and out as well. There are shops close by if you don't feel like walking for a long distance to get coffee or food.

The property was in a great location. Within a two-minute walk the property was near so great restaurants and eateries. We were also just a 5-minute walk away from a water boat station. The property was close enough to the Rialto Bridge, shops/stores, and more mist-see attractions but yet a little off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet where we were. The windows looked out to a pretty landscaped courtyard, filled with plants and trees, which was a pleasant surprise in Venice. The property was also on dead end which means even more reduced foot traffic near the property.
Wasn’t anything that I found as a negative.

Fun place - to visit Venice. Very accessible, off the beaten track of crazy crowds. We had a good time here. The owner - she was happy to give us the necessary advice. We were with a dog and a two-year-old son. Good value for money.

The location was perfect, less than 10 min walk to Rialto, San Marco and the Academia bridge was 5 mins. Restaurants and small supermarket 2 min walk. Conseulo was extremely helpful and booked private transfers to and from airport for us. Apartment was spotless with all the facilities needed, choice of 3 balconies, bed was very comfortable. Extremely quiet, hear no noise at all
There was nothing we didnt like about apartment. Stairs are a daily climb to apartment so just be aware of that.

Host was the highlight of the stay. She was very helpful and even helped us with transport and food. There were problems with the equipment (A/C, internet) but her attitude more than made up for it.
Busted AC and internet.. but those were issues that were due to bad luck than something that can be controlled.

Large apartment that was clean and has lots of windows. Good restaurants and a little grocery store very nearby the apartment.
We thought one room had 2 twin beds but one was a pullout sofa chair that wasn’t comfortable. The pillows were very flat and hard, maybe have an extra pillow available. We tried to use the pullout soft but it didn’t work.

The location was very good. Near restaurants and a short walk to both Saint Mark’s and the Rialto Bridge.
Everything was good as expected.

We stayed at the Venice Apartments San Samuele in Venice for 3 nights. Glad we made the choice and reserved our stay here. It is very close to all the touristy spots and restaurants in Venice yet at the same time in a quiet location where one can enjoy family time. Our apartment was located at the top floor and had the best views and has lots of balconies to enjoy the view and get some fresh air. Definitely recommended. The host is very considerate and helpful.
We liked everything. Nothing complain.

Apartment looks and feels even better than the photos. The owner is very friendly, kind and easy to communicate with. The windows face a garden that is closed for the evening and night so you see green without people bothering you and without noise. The apartment is sparkling clean. A/C works well, as does everything else (the washing machine, the water heating etc.). There is a delicatessen shop 30 meters away from the apartment with a selection of fresh italian groceries and drinks.
