I booked this house two months before the dates only to be contacted by the property manager t 9 pm the night before my check in date. The audacity of rhe owner to say what's the issue I'm not in Havasu yet and it's just a change of address. This is no way to host a house. Plus you can't use their garage which makes it harder to store belongings during the stay. Do NOT TRUST THIS HOUSE AND OWNER. when this all went down the owner wouldn't even talk to me. She texted me staring she was still working which I guess was more important than helping their guest who paid in full and was supposed to check in the following day. Don't waste your time.

Our 2nd Stay, nice, clean property suitable for 2 families

We stayed back in 2018 and enjoyed the property - the dual master layout makes it nice for 2 families. This time there were some signs of wear (a dining room chair covered in paint?, red stain on the bedroom carpet, the oven didn't work, and the grill was not cleaned), but overall a nice stay. I did try to contact the property owner/manager for two weeks prior to our stay, but was not able to.

Lovely place just like the site stated. Yes I would book next year. Nosey neighbors but friendly. Only complaint was I had to buy pots to cook. They were supplied but scratched. Yes I would recommend renting.

Very nice house, beautifully decorated and gorgeous waterfall pool. Was not happy we couldn’t access the garage - it did not state this in the description and is usually included in home rentals unless stated. Also it was a very frustrating we couldn’t park in the RV driveway, especially with no garage access - it is shown in the photos and we have a long ski trailer so something that We look for specifically . This was also not stated in the listing so a bit misleading. After booking - an email was sent referring to this driveway as the neighbors and that if used there will be a $500 penalty - it is not the neighbors, it belongs to the same address so we had to shuffle cars around to fit. Overall the house was beautiful and great to stay in. Very very pretty and well equipped for cooking and entertaining.

Overall great experience

It was a small group for my 30th birthday. Overall the experience was great, but there were some concerns. The home is beautiful and has many premium appliances. With those appliances I hope they would all work for our use, unfortunately that was not the case. The built in oven did not work properly, the ceiling fan in the living room failed to turn on, and the outdoor kitchen grill was non operable (to their credit there was another grill for our use). I would definitely book this home again, just hope these issues are taken care of.

Nice House - Several Issues

The house is nice and if anything overdecorated for a rental property, which is fine but it was almost like living in a house of glass. The first and second night we were not in the house much as we ate out on Thursday night and Friday night I had brought a crock pot to cook in. The third night was a disaster though. The oven did not work (it would not heat up), the grill did not work (the only thing that would light was the rotisserie). When reporting these things to the PM that was noted in the email there was no response. The refrigerator took more than 2 days to cool anything down even after the items placed in the fridge were cold from being in the cooler they would not stay cold. Overall the house and pool were nice but the accommodations themselves were not good. I would have at least liked a response to ANYTHING I reported.

This property nicely accommodated two families of four. It has two huge master bedrooms and two nice size bedrooms. The house is 3 miles away from the lake and around the corner to a trail so you can go trail riding. We did both and had so much fun! This property is a gem!

The town of Havasu City is beautiful, the pictures of the home online are a little dated. They have an amazing outdoor kitchen and basketball court. Unfortunately the pool was not heated, but our boys enjoyed it.The home was not as clean as I would of liked to of seen it, but I may have silly standards. They have a lot of beautiful things, and they felt dusty... like maybe nobody had really cleaned except to vacuum?The BBQ grill by the basketball court was not working, but we did use the one that had been tipped over by the pool.With the lack of restaurants due to the State's current events, it was nice to be able to cook from our location.The only other issue was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. We took the batteries out and left it on the table for repair.

I've stayed in Lake Havasu for decades now. I always rent a home. This is one of the nicest places I have ever rented here. It is decorated very high end. It's a great size home, and very welcoming. It was clean and well kept. There is great attention to detail in every room. The beds are comfortable. It's located near the edge of town and is very quiet. The pool and yard are relaxing. Have the pool heated if you want to swim, it is cold. It's got a small lake view, but if you walk several feet you will have amazing views. There's great hiking a couple blocks away too. I can't say enough good things about this place, just really amazing. The owners were very helpful and answered the phone.

The house itself was great; had everything we needed. We had paid extra for the pool to be heated, but the first day we started to heat it, the Natural Gas ran out. Contacted the owner and they refused to refill tank and instead refunded the additional money we had paid. We were coming from Minnesota and really looking forward to some pool time. It was very disappointing!!! and really made the vacation less enjoyable. The weather in Lake Havasu was unusually cold the week we were there and needed to have the heater to enjoy the pool. Otherwise things were OK.

The home is new and tastefully decorated. It has a nice grill and ample patio furniture. The pool has a beach entry and large Baja shelf which would be good for kids. It was a flawless stay and I would definitely go back.
