This property was clean with all the amenities, and plenty of room for our family to stay and enjoy Tahoe. 12mins from Northstar!

It was very unpleasant stay with a good location.
Sagging mattresses, dusty carpet, lack of bedding items, broken microwave etc.
Vacasa customer service is the WORST

From the moment we walked into this lovely and comfortable dwelling, we felt at home. The condo itself was very welcoming, but it was the view of the sparkling lake that has stayed with me. i have been to Tahoe many times, but this is the first time I have stayed by the lake. Now, it’s the only place I want to be!
In addition to the incredible view and beautiful grounds, the swimming pool was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a pool fed by thermal springs. The temperature was perfect, and the water was wonderfully clean without smelling like chlorine.
Management was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the bedroom upstairs were a little warm (we were there at the end of August). There was no ac but they did provide fans.
The location was very close to town and the beach. Kings Beach is very cute. For us, it was the perfect getaway for our 26th anniversary!

2) The master bathroom shower handle come out after use
3) The carpet need some cleaning. my white sock turn to black after walking around the house.

The unit was in a perfect location, clean, beautiful view, lovely gated community, and the unit was spacious. The only problem we had was with the water pressure, because if anyone was trying to take a shower, or if you were doing a load of laundry, or running the dishwasher you couldn’t take a shower in the master bath. The water barely trickled out the shower head, and it was freezing . Also, we had to wash our own dishes because the dishwasher didn’t work at all. Those things were very disappointing, but we still enjoyed staying at Brockview Springs unit 36. .

Stayed with my family the week before classes started; unit is perfectly spacious, yet cozy, worked extremely well for us. Location and view is stunning. Quiet and serene. Tennis courts/pool were convenient although pool was under maintenance until our last day. Loved proximity to town, it was very walkable. Kitchen had almost all that we needed, I wish I'd had a dish drying rack or some additional drying towels to hand wash cups as there weren't many and I couldn't bring myself to run the dishwasher with a few things in it. Beach towels would have been handy. Clear directions on what each key card did (gate/pool) would be helpful. Instructions on how to use the remotes would have saved us some time. I'd suggest talking to the housekeepers, there was dried food on the carpet and noticeable smears on many light switches. Is it a deal breaker? no way. I'd come back in a heartbeat, just better prepared.

My family and our friends were very excited to stay here. Our first disappointment occurred when we checked the beds for cleanliness. All but one bed has a bunch of loose hairs in them, and 1 bed had dried boogers still on the sheets. Next the mini fridge had old bottles left in it and spills that looked like meat juice in it. Additionally, the water heater would not keep up, and the water pressure was so weak, you couldn’t run a sink while the washing machine was running. The floors were not cleaned well or vacuumed well. There was obvious pet hair on the carpets and our friends kid who is allergic was having a bad time with it. The dishwasher also didn’t work and would not drain. I reached out 2 times to “Vacasa” during the stay and once to the front desk of the property and never received adequate assistance. Basically we spent our first night having to launder all the sheets and couldn’t have half our group take a shower in the same morning because the water pressure and water heater were terrible.

The condo is in a great location. Shops and restaurants near by. Steps away from the lake. The house was comfortable and clean for the most part. The rugs were covered in dog hair in living room. The only other "complaint" is the water was hard to regulate in the showers. We had to only use one water source at a time. Overall, the condo was nice, and I would rent it again. (The parking instructions say it is the first parking lot to the right, it is not. We had difficulty finding the condo) For those of us that are not familiar to the area (we are from Texas), I feel like there should be warnings about the bears somewhere. There was one meandering in the front of the condo in the morning, and we were at that exact location the morning before. Again, overall we had a great stay and would rent again. That was just info for future renters.

The unit is/was clean and kept up and with easy access. While there were supposed to be two Parking passes provided, there was only one. Fortunately the second car we had on site was not towed during the seven days we were there.

The carpet was filthy and so stained in the living area, and even though it was old, it should have been shampooed before we arrive. The three rugs were covered in dog hair and although they sent out a man to vacuum why wasn’t that done originally? It made me feel uncomfortable the entire week. Furthermore it was a no pet condo, but that was apparently incorrect and my granddaughter was miserable. I’ve rented from you in the past and always had a good experience. This was a family reunion or I would have left. Lastly, my text about the terrible condition of the carpet was not answered.

Nice location + pretty clean house
Love it! The bed is comfortable. House is clean! Highly recommend.

Convenient property
Location was great. Check-in procedure was a bit of a nightmare though, given the entry codes were not working, and the vacasa hotline managed many properties, with no one on the phone familiar with the specific property we were staying at.

Great location
Overall we had a nice time. It is a nice condo in an amazing location!
We did have a few hiccups during our stay..... the property could have been cleaner. There was some trash out on a deck and under a recliner. And several large cobwebs in living area. I am nit-picking here because we were originally told that we could not have a slightly later checkout because of the extra cleaning measures they currently take because of covid. So I expected an immaculate property. We did work out that issue with management after the fact.
There are a few other things that should be addressed, the beds that we used all need to be tightened up. Whenever anyone would turn over in sleep the beds squeaked very loudly which would wake us up (we all had this happen). The shower in guest bath does not drain when in use.
There are 2 parking passes stated online and in the paperwork on the property. However only 1 was provided and we were told the other car needed to be parked in visitor parking. We purposely came during midweek to avoid crowds and never saw more than 5 other cars in the lot. We did work this out with management too and said we would move the car if things got busy. But my point is that it is not as presented.
Also, we were left just a minimum of towels in the unit (1 bath had none provided). However, when we were getting ready to leave and start a load of laundry as requested, we found the washer full of sheets that were wet. And the dryer filled with towels. We would have loved to have had use of a few of those towels had we known. And the sheets had sat there for 5 days unknown.
It is a nice place that needs to have better management for the price that is charged.

Another fantastic year at Brockway Springs
This was our 16th year staying in Brockway Springs. Unit #36 is lovely with a gorgeous view of the water and plenty of room for our family. Everything was clean and well cared for. We are looking at booking again next year!

I give this a five *
We loved the view of the lake. The unit was nicely furnished and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. We appreciated the fans as the weather was humid. We have been in several units at Brockway and this was one of the nicest.

Overall it was good stay and adequate place.
The condo was adequate and everything functioned properly so that was nice. The local staff was very good about any attending to items we needed. All of the local and Vrbo staff I spoke with were very nice and polite. That said, I found it disruptive and annoying that the condo was not supplied with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for a four night stay for 8 people. We had to call the first night about getting more paper towels and toilet paper as there was one roll and one extra roll of each item. (For TP this was per bathroom.) We also had to call for fans as there is no air conditioning in this unit and it is not set up to get a cross beeeze going. Then we had to call a day later for more kitchen trash bags as there was only one in the place for a four day stay. In my opinion, not having 2-3 more rolls of paper towels and 2-3 more rolls of toilet paper and 2-3 more trash bags for a 4 day stay of 8 adults made the place seem “cheap” in its presentation to guests. It was disruptive to our vacation to call Vrbo every day and request something so simple that should be provided when staying at a nice condo that is over $300 per night. A few exta rolls of the basics would go a long way in convenience to guests and not cost as much as the overal impression of not having these essentials and needed information to call for them. I don’t believe it is customary to bring your own PT. TP and trash bags when staying in a luxury condo at a resort. However, they would not bring more TP as they said they had already slotted us what they provide so we did have to make a trip to the store to get some. $2700+ stay had to buy our own TP… it does not make sense. However, as I said the local staff was very good amd met all requests except for TP. My last comment is the condo is much darker in real life than the photos show. It does not get much light inside but does get some nice light on the deck. The deck is nice.

We had a fantastic time in this large condo. There was plenty of place for the whole family. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. Everything was very close by. This was a great snow trip. I would love to go back in the summer!

Great location, very clean
We stayed for 4 days at the end of February. We felt very safe in this property! Very clean, exactly as advertised. I appreciated the gas cooktop so we could cook in the condo. We couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work. Bedding was very comfortable. Lovely balcony with lake view.

Nice, but old.
Overall, the best I’d classify it is “fine”, but for the price, I’ve stayed in better places around the lake.
Considering how much you pay for a cleaning fee, it wasn’t really as clean as I would expect it to be. There were areas near the sliding doors that had pet dander and cobwebs in visible areas of the ceiling in the main living room.
The heater knobs weren’t properly labeled or operating well so it wasn’t clear if the heating was on or off. No instructions on how to operate heating either.
And there also weren’t any parking passes when we got there. I called the line and was told someone would contact us the next day. No one did. We’re lucky the cars didn’t get towed the whole weekend.

We had a great time!
This unit was spacious and well kept! We had a wonderful time and as we left my 7 yo son said “see you again next year!” When we tried to leave the property for a beach day, we realized how nice Brockway was. No fighting the crowds to get on the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Comfortable Condo
This condo is one of the best I have stayed in for a large group. (6 adults/2 children) The kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and everything was in good working order. The condo was well appointed with very comfortable furnishings and beds. The owners thought of every detail with TVs and fans in every room! The grounds were impeccably maintained & beautiful with a great view of the lake. Only “cons” for us: lots of stairs making it a bit difficult for the elderly and the lack of a gas grill (only electric grill is available due to an facility restriction. There are charcoal BBQs at the pool, but u have to bring everything u need down there) The pool is beautiful and a bit of a walk. (You can drop off people, etc but must return car to the lot, a 10 min walk away) None of these were a deal breaker for us.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!

This property is beautifully updated, decorated and maintained. Perfect for children of all ages. We all enjoyed the pool and launched our kayaks from the private dock daily. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats 8 comfortably. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for another family vacation.

Nice Location
Brockway Springs is a lovely location!
The condo is nice and as described.
We had issues getting in the security gate entrance. The code did not work throughout our stay so we had to wait for another car and one night were locked out completely.
It would also be really helpful if the gate code was provided on the sheet with the condo door code, rather than buried in the middle of the directions page.

The townhome was very comfortable and appointed nicely. We enjoyed the deck and the BBQ. We had an issue with building noise since the place next door was renovating but the issue was taken care of promptly with a phone call. Will stay here again.
