The Cottage is a detached holiday home in the village of Watchet, a short walk from the harbour and just nine miles from Minehead. The property sleeps eight people in one king-size double bedroom, one ground floor double with an en-suite bathroom, plus two twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is also a separate shower room and a WC on the ground floor. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private, enclosed garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. The Cottage is a lovely family holiday home from which to explore this fabulous part of the country.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Washing line & a clothes airer. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 2 mins walk. Please note: There is a £300 Good Housekeeping Bond on this property.
