Unsafe for kids, misleading listing

Location is quite convenient if you are using public transport.

Misleading listing. Not suitable for kids under 4 years old. Only one room (not two) and a living room/kitchen. There is a very steep staircase inside the flat with no protection against fall at the top of it (no photo or information about it when we booked, otherwise we would never have chosen it as we traveled with a toddler). No storage place, all cabinets were packed with household stuff. No room to place groceries, washed dishes etc. The futons were not made and there was no instructions to prepare them. The living room has no curtains on the top windows and the sunlight comes at full power around 5 a.m. Impossible to sleep there.

住宿所在位置優，應該是住宅區環境寧靜，又位於晴空塔及主要車站附近，走路可及，逛街購物、大型超商都有，十分方便。

房間隔音不太好，有一天遇到樓上房客跑跳聲音很大聲，有點困擾。

Very enjoyable - will be coming back

It was perfect for our family as we were able to cook and do laundry. Loved the layout of the place too.

You could hear upstairs walking around at night. Out of our control but did keep us up some nights.

Comfortable and homey!

The property was super spacious and basically had everything you could want in a home!

Although it felt like a home it was missing a couple things like a clothing iron and the walk to station is about 10 mins which is not bad but during Japan summer is quite exhausting- so be prepared.

I won’t recommend to anyone if nothing changes.

Two toilets. Bath room is comfortable. Near Tokyo Skytree and you can take great photos on the nearby bridge.

1, No towels change. We stayed 6 nights and no towels change is below any standard. 2, only one pillow per person. I expected at least two pillows per person as most North American stays do. Quilts are not too comfortable. 3, No garbage collection or room cleaning during the stay. 4, No chop sticks or food wrap as the utensils are not enough. 5, Noise level. As kids running upstairs, it was quite noisy.

A cozy, comfortable apartment to come back to after a long day exploring the city!

Amazing location- a short and pleasant walk from Oshiage Station/Skytree, in a very quiet, peaceful area that almost made us forget we were staying in the city. The bathrooms were great, futons very comfortable, and while we were confused about how to use some of the appliances, there were thorough directions left by the staff on how to use everything you'll need.

The temperature of the apartment fluctuated relatively frequently, but the AC had both a warming and cooling setting which helped greatly. We were definitely super cautious to walk quietly, being in the upstairs apartment, which was a bit stressful at times as we very much didn't want to disturb our downstairs neighbors by being too loud. We were very grateful to have the use of the fridge and burner, though I wished a few times there was more than just the 1 (burner). All in all, though, these were very minor inconveniences (if that) and we did not affect our stay greatly at all.

The exit light doesn’t turn off, making it hard to sleep. The big windows also don’t have curtains.

Excellent location, good sized apartment, kitchen equipment lacking

The location was excellent, though we struggled to find it. For non-Japanese guests, the street address can be difficult to find. A couple of photos of the outside would have been useful. The apartment was a good size, the bathroom and washing machine were great. The hosts were responsive.

We were a family who wanted to cook at home, but there were too few kitchen utensils. The hosts did supply a cutting board after 3 days but we never received lids for either of the two pots. The neighbours were noisy at about 10pm each evening. The instructions (using a QR code) for the futon did not work (across 3 iPhones) so we had to guess how to set up a futon. The inner of the dunna / duvet was not of natural material and generated static.

A great stay.

A very large (for Tokyo) comfortable apartment. Konbinis and some nice cafes close by. As usual for us in Japan locals were kind and helpful. Neighbourhood interesting and of course there's Skytree. Host was very responsive and flexible. Great value. Highly recommended.

Nothing to speak of. Look forward to staying here again.

Superb

The location is perfect very close to Tokyo Sky Tree and Sora-machi shopping mall. Also there are many supermarkets like Tobu or Olympic nearby. Room facilities are enough for daily life. We enjoyed futon and tatami life :) The room has two bath rooms.

No rice cooker unfortunately.

We like the location, near to the skytree mall and the supermarket so it’s easy to find food and groceries . The apartment is neat and clean. It’s quite big, the heater works very well , 2 toilets and 1 shower , very nice . A rice cooker would be nice though 😁.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Especially love the Japanese style bathtub, it was very relaxing after a day of walking around the city.
