About this apartment rental
** 20/11/24 - Please note from 06/01/25 - 21/02/25 Back Road East, Back Road West, Fish Street and St Peters Street will be closed. Wales & West Utilities will be carrying out essential gas pipe upgrades. There will be limited car access on these roads during this time and there will be diversions in place. Please be assured you can still drive along Fore Street. The work may also extend beyond 21/02/25. Please contact a member of the Orange Roofs Team if you have any questions before booking and we will gladly help where we can.**
15 The Digey is a top floor 1-bedroom apartment that is just a 2-minute walk from Porthmeor beach, St Ives. It sleeps 2 in a double bedroom. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
The living room is bright and welcoming with over rooftop views to the sea on the Porthmeor side of St Ives and beyond the harbour too.
Porthmeor beach is a 1 minutes’ walk away and the town centre and harbour is just one minute on foot.
There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.
Guests staying at 15 The Digey are provided with 1 allocated parking space at St Ives Rugby Club which is a 20 minute walk from the apartment. Shuttle buses run during busier weeks and drops next to The Tate St Ives so just a couple of minutes from the apartment.
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
*15 The Digey will accept one small dog (no more than 10kgs) from 11 October 2024 onwards*
The pet fee is £8 per night. (terms and conditions apply).
Please note: The sofa bed may sleep 1 extra person but by request ONLY. Please enquire with the Orange Roofs team.
Important access notice: 15 The Digey is accessed via a common and shared courtyard that is not owned by the owners of 15 The Digey. Within the courtyard area are refuse bins for properties around the courtyard. The front door 15 The Digey is not on The Digey itself and so guests do need to walk via the courtyard to get to the apartment.
Please refer to the Rental Agreement during the booking process for our detailed cancellation policy. We do offer a refund structure but on VRBO we have needed to select 'no refund'. We offer flexible cancellation conditions in the case of Covid government travel restrictions. Please email us at Orange Roofs if you have any specific questions, we will be so happy to help you.

The flat was spotlessly clean and looks newly decorated, it was just what we wanted. The flat was around the corner from both the beach and the town with shops and cafes. Perfect for our holiday and would highly recommend.

Fab location
I highly recommend this flat. It is a very convenient location for harbor area and Porthmeor beach. The flat was very clean, with new furniture and beautiful decor and design. The property manager was very nice. I will be very happy to stay here again. Overall I am very happy with my stay at 15 The Digey. Thank you.

Lovely little apartment
Lovely little apartment, everything you need is provided for. Excellent location for the shops, local bakery, beach and the harbour. The nearest car park is only a few minutes walk but beware finding a space did prove a little difficult. Would happily recommend

Fantastic location with sea views all round.
We can not fault our stay at all! The property is the perfect size for 2 and has all amenities required. The location is less than 30sec walk to the shops and only a minute walk to Porthmeor beach so it really is a fantastic location. There was great communication with our arrival and departure and any questions we had were all answered on the app. We can not recommend this stay enough!

Lovely apartment, clean and very tastefully designed and decorated. Location excellent for beaches and galleries. Shared courtyard through which access to apartment is gained is uncared for and unpleasant, though this is not the fault of the owners of No.15.

Great location
Loved this property - tricky to find (spent 10 mins walking up and down the road to find the entrance) but once we found it - all good. Apartment has everything you need - clean and tidy and the decor is lovely. Bathroom is a little dated and the shower is a pain to regulate on the taps but not the end of the world. Location is amazing - can’t park (lol) but we walked everywhere. So central and 2 mins from the sea front. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Great choice!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely accommodation for a long weekend. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, fully stocked with amenities and had more than expected modern conveniences. It even included a welcome package of goodies (an unexpected delight)!! A great location with parking nearby. We hope to return to St. Ives one day, and of course we would stay at 15 The Digey.
