This property is spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has electric burners, an oven that will accomodate a 9x13 baking dish, microwave, slow cooker, griddle, coffee maker, full size fridge/freezer, so you really are all set here. Full size living room, bathroom that has an excellent shower, and wonderful fresh air coming in the windows. My 78 yr old parents and myself stayed here and we like clean smoke free quiet accommodations. This 100% fit the bill.

Even though originally from Vermont we’ve spent limited time in this part of the state. This place represents the best of Vermont and it was a pleasure staying here. There was nothing lacking in the home and the outside space was appreciated. Were looking forward to staying again.

We loved the independence of staying in this little cottage. It felt private, though it was just across the drive from the "big house" and we could easily communicate with our hosts when we needed something. It has the feel of being out of the "madding crowd," but it's only five minutes outside of a town with groceries, a laundromat, and restaurants, etc. It was wonderful to have a whole kitchen at our disposal!

This VRBO is a little different from most others we have stayed at. A more rural setting which was perfect for us. It was a great jumping off point for us to explore the Northeast Kingdom. Hosts were very responsive and it just felt private.

Very clean as stated in prior reviews. Plenty of space and everything you could need is there. Homemade bread that Bethany makes which was delicious and they even leave a stick of butter!! We met owner Chris at the barn to see the donkeys and enjoyed that very much. Chris was very nice and we had a nice conversation. Thank you and if we are in the area again we would for sure stay at this place!! Thanks Mark, Mark, Meg and Jay

We were attending a wedding nearby and Chris and Bethany were able to help us out with an earlier check in time so we could make it to the wedding on time. The cottage was perfect for our stay and our three-year-old loved it. Would be very convenient to bike trails.

Cute cottage, very clean and comfortable. Info from the owner about stores, restaurants etc. was super helpful! And the bread, butter, and creamer was SUCH a lovely and thoughtful gesture!

We enjoyed the area and really liked the cottage. It was a fun place for two couples to stay. We traveled to Lake Willoughby and it was just a short way from there.

What a find in Lyndon, VT. Casual farm stay with all the amenities! The nearby surroundings were lovely. Discovering East Burke (and food places recommended by owners) was charming and fun. Comfortable and clean farm cottage with plenty of privacy.

We loved the setting for this cozy home - the farm with the cute animals was so scenic and relaxing. The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and the home was very clean. We loved the little details like hooks and a place to dry our trail gear, plus soft floral sheets, pretty dishes, comfy beds, fans in addition to the air-conditioner. We slept so well with the windows open at night, breathing in the fresh country air. One night we saw dozens of fireflies! I always appreciate the ability to have a recycling bin. The location really was perfect for us - mainly hiking. We will stay here again next time we are in town!

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable; the perfect place to come “home” to after a day of exploring! The animals were adorable and friendly! Our hosts were delightful to talk to! The hospitality inviting and friendly; the bread a butter was delicious! Good information about the area was readily available! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The owners keep this place very clean and tidy, and it felt very welcoming. It's on a nice property, farmland. I was looking for a place right at Kingdom Trails, but there were none available. This property is just a few miles local roads drive, and it did the trick. There's also a nice short walking trail along the river very close by.

This was much better than expected! A great place to come back to from a bike race. A mellow vibe - just what we could have hoped. This place also seems wonderful for young children.
Very clean. Super welcoming! Highly recommend.

The cottage was was clean, cozy and comfortable for our family’s weekend stay. The property owner Chris was very kind to take the time to let us meet the donkeys and alpaca. This was a highlight of the trip especially for our two young boys! The cottage was a five minute drive to the Kingdom Trail network where we enjoyed the groomed fat biking trials. Overall it was a great experience and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

We decided on this VRBO because it was only 5 minutes away from our friends that live there and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel ! It was a great place to gather and reminisce. The living room is large with 2 couches and one other chair. Both beds, a queen and a double are comfortable. It also has a nice entry way with hooks to hang coats and a bench to remove your shoes. The kitchen stove is small with two burners but we did not cook since there were so many great places to get food. It has a nice drip coffee pot, microwave and a full size frig. The bathroom is nice and big and the shower had great pressure ! It was very cold while we were there but the thermostat which was set at 65 or so kept us warm and cozy day and night !!

Owners were very nice and accommodating. Clear instructions written out on a table for us when we Checked in made it clear what to expect with the property. Location was very close to the hockey rink in town. The house had ample parking and lots of common space in the house with plenty of capacity for sleeping. There was even room to setup air mattresses if we needed to. There were 2 sleeper sofas in the living room but we didn’t need to open them. We had plenty of room for my kid’s hockey equipment. The location was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The house was warm. Kitchen setup was ok and provided us the basics. We are chefs and had brought groceries and planned to do a lot of our own cooking which was a bit difficult to do with the small stove and sink - that was the only bummer. Plenty of restaurants in town and a grocery store right down the road. Bathroom was large and clean. Was a very comfortable stay - would stay here again - perfect house for the hockey tournament
