Casa Felice is a 2 bedroom/1 bath fully furnished oceanfront house with spectacular views. The house sleeps 4 people. The house is located just 6 miles from Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of beach in Tar Bay. All rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a large open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. French doors open to a full deck equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a deck furnished with lounge chairs in the front of the house. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in Exuma's natural beauty. There are several coral reefs located within swimming distance in front of the house, so bring your snorkel gear or rod and reel and catch dinner. The house is equipped with WiFi.

Casa Felice is a beautiful home located on an amazing white sand beach! Upon arrival, we were met by their caretaker Wade who showed us around, gave us great suggestions on a few local markets, and made sure we were settled before he left. Hedy and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts and we hope to be able to visit Casa Felice again soon! Thank you for for having us!

Amazing views from this property. The communication and response to needs was prompt and appreciated. Really enjoyed Exuma and being in this location. Casa Felice is right in the middle of it all. Perfect location for things easy or west on the island.

We couldn’t have asked for more than Casa Felice. It was everything and more than expected. Communication with the owner was like none other- very prompt and detailed and very welcoming!! It’s always hard to leave a vacation behind but this one really was tough to say goodbye to. Thank you for many amazing memories and hopefully we will get a chance to return sometime.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. The view of the ocean from the living area and deck is stunning. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed walks on the beach - very beautiful area. We would love to return!

Our stay at Casa Felice was fantastic. The place is right on the beach at Tar Bay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck taking in the great views and morning walks on the beach. The house is in a great location that is close to the airport and not far from Georgetown. It was located nicely for us to explore the island and meet our boat excursion and rent a boat ourselves. Check in and out were easy, stores are near by for all your needs... it was a great vacation! Thank you.

We loved our stay in this home. Very comfortable, clean, and on a beautiful, quiet beach! Location is perfect! Ms. Hedy and Ms. Elizabeth were wonderful to work with, so very responsive. They also accommodated us so generously with our check in and check out. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our family had a lovely stay and felt right at home. The view from the house AND the private beach were amazing! We spent lots of time snorkeling and kayaking. There are reefs right out back! We appreciated having many amenities, including a double kayak, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cable (especially since we had a rainy week!). Lots of towels and linens provided. The owners are very accommodating and sweet.

Casa Felice is a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the ocean. We found the property to be very well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday meal. The hosts were great help with suggesting activities, restaurants, and a photographer on the island, many of which can be hard to find with google searches). Would definitely recommend you stay here!

Everything about this rental was 5 star, it was literally like staying at a a friends house. All was better than described. Hedy met us at the property and saw us off on our departure day. Close to the airport and generally centrally located, We were as comfortable here as we are at home. The views from inside the house and from balcony/deck in back are breathtaking. The house was stocked with everything you need and just minutes from 2 markets.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Felice. The property was well cared for. It wasn’t just a rental property, you could tell it was someone’s home. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We spent 6 nights and were so comfortable during our stay. The location on Tar Bay was perfect. The view was unbelievable. We highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it.

- Great communication from the owners and the property manager. Wade the property manager came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. - Clean Home - Excellent location near the airport and George Town - The beach is beautiful and the water is too! To note: Everyone on the island uses WhatsApp Calls/Text and Phone Calls to communicate! The island cellular promotes WhatsApp! The property manager was great and checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok! Thank you!!!

From the minute we walked into Hedy’s home, we felt at home! The view and pictures look exactly like what is on VRBO! We had no issues with anything in the house, and Wade was very helpful when we had questions! The house was perfect for my husband and I and one of our three boys! I think my favorite spot was either the second tier Sandy spot in the chairs or on the deck. Sunrise is absolutely amazing! There are so many plants inside and out, and it truly feels like a home! Can’t say enough great things about this home! We hope to be able to come back one day!!

Casa Felize was the perfect house for our stay…the location is centrally located and minutes from the airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and spices for cooking your favorite dishes! And the beach was amazing…great for long walks and swimming!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Felice. The property is beautifully maintained and clearly with care. The home is exactly that, a home that made you feel like you were at home - a pretty incredible feeling. It's in a great centre of the island location and the property management were beyond helpful - thank you Wade and Lilymae! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back very soon.

Overall Casa Felice was lovely. The house is huge (bigger then it looks), deck had an amazing view of the ocean. Hedy was easy to contact and helpful throughout our stay. We rented a car - house was easy to find from the airport - ten minutes or so (I think next time we’d just taxi during our stay). We really enjoyed the water taxi from Georgetown to Stocking island and a day boat trip. Highly recommend both. One suggestion - we got a lot of bites from no see ums. Some from the beach at the house and some other places. Thinks it’s part of the Caribbean this time of year. But if you’re sensitive to insect bites I’d recommend looking into prevention and treatment. We found aloe most helpful for the bites.

My husband and I had an amazing vacation at Casa Felice! The house has an perfect view of the beautiful colors of the ocean that is so hard to leave! We had everything we needed at our finger tips. We were at peace staying here. Exuma is filled with amazing views, oceans and more! Make sure you explore the island and everything it has to offer!

I have rented vacation properties in the USA and Europe, and Casa Felice is on the top of my list. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay in Exuma. The views from the living room are second to none. The pictures on the website don't do justice to the breathtaking sight of waking up and seeing the sun rising while having coffee. Tar Bay is one of the best beaches on the island, and Casa Felice is at the prime spot of this white sand paradise. The house is an excellent cost-benefit rental for a couple or a small family like mine. I would not hesitate to book this piece of heaven again. Thanks for sharing this wonderful place with us.

Awesome location on private little ledge perched above the waves and beach. Property is very clean with everything you need for your stay, not to mention amazing views over the clear blue water. The beach is perfect with soft white sand and gentle breakers. A special shout out to Wade, the property manager, he was very helpful throughout the whole stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Felice. The house is beautiful, and the location is second-to-none. No bad views from any place on the property. The kitchen is well-equipped for nearly every type of meal prep. Wade, the property manager, is very accommodating, and a nice guy. We recommend Haulover Bay for lunch or dinner (you need a reservation). Also, consider a spin up the island to Exuma Point for breathtaking views. Big D's Conch Spot in Stevenson is a great stop, as well. We also hit Jolly Hall Beach just down the road - a unique and amazing spot. This was our first trip to the Bahamas, but I'm confident it won't be our last. Beth is a wonderful resource for tips & tricks during your stay. Thanks again, Hedy & Beth.
