The house was wonderful for our large family. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the large dining table, mini golf, ping pong and pool. Plenty of space, towels, beds, etc. Check in was easy. The pool was a little dirty which we communicated to the property manager. We would stay there again.

My family traveled to AZ to see our son graduate vet school from Midwestern University and we found this beautiful rental house to stay at for a week. After we booked the rental, the friendly house manager, Morgan, called me to go over all of the rules and expectations which were stated very clearly and he answered all of my questions. The house is beautiful and the private pool and hot tub were our favorites. We even hiked the mountain behind the home. We also enjoyed parking our van in the attached garage to shield from the hot sun which was a bonus. There is also a ping pong table in the garage but it was always too hot out to play. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and all cooking pots/pans and has a large pantry. There were a few downsides- there is a nearby small airport nearby so you do hear several airplanes throughout the day but eventually you get used to the noise. Unfortunately one day (happened to be on Memorial Day) the central air didn’t seem to work right so I texted Morgan and he put in an urgent request for a repair person who came the next day and fixed it. Some of the blind pulls on the windows in the lower master bedroom don’t work so we were unable to open them during the day which made the room dark. The lower master bedroom reminded us of a hotel room since it has two king beds in it but the master bath attached is gorgeous. Despite the down sides, we would definitely recommend this rental house and stay at it in the future.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood. House is huge and overkill for our family of five, but gave us plenty of room to spread out. A lot of restaurants nearby and only 30 minutes to downtown and airport. Hiking out back door was convenient. We chose this location to lessen the trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon…worked out well.

We spent a week in April with five adults and four kids. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep and play comfortably. The house and property felt well cared for and very clean. Communication with the host was quick and helpful, including multiple messages I sent to ask many questions. We had the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature for the entire day. The location was idyllic, the desert mountain beside made us feel like we were all alone and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. We would absolutely stay again!

really everything was nice. I think it was a pumped up a little bit more than it was , really nothing was wrong per se but I think for the size of the house you need more pool loungers and really they should be the vinyl strapping ones because they are not comfortable the ones that you have. I think the cleanliness of it was OK, but like the island lights , The light above the kitchen table is dirty on top behind. The beds are kind of dirty, and the carpet really needs to replaced..
The pool was nice sized. We always go and get Floaties at Walmart, which is nice. We had eight girls there and we were getting ready to go to the Rolling Stones concert doing our hair and stuff and we blew a breaker which is no big deal because we just went and turned it back on and they were right there answering questions.
It’s on a corner, which is really nice then you have the foothills right next to you, which is beautiful to look at. The master on the lower level is huge bathrooms are nice size the deck on the upstairs bedroom is very nice. A few things could be updated, other than that it was nice .

We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening.

Our group of 12 was thrilled with the experience from start to finish! Paige was always diligently answering our questions and the location was amazing! Close to pretty much everything, and an amazing relaxing environment to come back to after a crazy day at the best Golf Tournament in the country! Thank you so much! Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

The home was fantastic, lots of room in order for 7 adults to move about comfortably. Plenty of household items in the complex to make you feel as if you were right at home. Our group was more than pleased. What a great value, we will look to book again in the future!

Overall pleased. House is HUGE! Pool was great and worth extra cost to heat. Nice place with most of space updated. Didn’t know it was so close to regional airport that’s very busy.

The beds are comfortable. The is kitchen fully stocked. We spent alot of time in the pool, which we paid extra to get heated for our December visit. I only wish we had gotten full use of the hot tub. After a lot of communication with the host, it only got warmed up on our last day. It seems like the host should offer a partial refund on some of the extra I paid to heat the pool/hot tub. Everything else was absolutely excellent.

This was a good property for our group of six 60+ year old men playing in a baseball tournament. The house was roomy, which allowed us all adequate space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Any time we had a question or needed assistance our hosts responded quickly with solutions. The location was great and convenient to everything we needed. We would happily stay there again.

We loved our stay at this home. It fit out big family perfectly with enough space to accommodate all our needs. It was perfect because we had all the space to gather and when we needed privacy or alone time. The kitchen and pool were where we were most of the time and was so spacious. The bedrooms were HUGE. Will definitely want to come back one day.

We had a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 8-14). We were there during a crazy heat wave, temps had a high of at least 114 and never went below 90!
The air conditioning in the house worked well on the top and bottom floors. There were beds for everyone in our group, no pullout couch or blowup needed. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels.
We had a bit of an adventure by the poolside and the property manager was able to get someone out there within the hour! Issue resolved and back to playing.
It was super hot, but the video games, tv in the main space, ping pong table and putting green gave plenty of things to do while we were in the house.
The trash and recycling bins are large, there should be no major worries about over filling them.
The location was great for stores and restaurant access, and less than 25 mins from the airport.
We would def return to this house again and recommend to family and friends.

We are from various corners of the USA. AZ in the summer was a compromise between driving distances and school schedules, so a swimming pool was a MUST. The Beaubien location was a good compromise between city conveniences..shopping and kid-friendly activities and our nature lovers. The end of the cul-de-sac with the view of the ‘mountain’ was ideal. The house has generous space for 10 people. It is airy and sturdy. The kitchen was outfitted will all the necessities for crowd cooking. We had one faucet malfunction which the management took care of quickly. Although it was too hot outside to use it, the BBQ grill stood ready. We loved the pool. We found that swimming early morning and early evening worked well to cool us nicely. It also attracted birds, butterflies and bees, warming the hearts of our nature lovers. A great house!

With the phone call and Q and A after booking, I was a little nervous we were going to be micromanaged at this property. We’ve rented through VRBO extensively, and have never had this detailed of a booking before. However, the house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the pool, the house was large and generally well kept, very comfortable beds, and there was even space for air mattresses that were provided by the property. The kitchen was beautiful and had several of the items needed (could use another frying pan or two :), bathrooms were clean and large, and the parking was great for the 3 cars we had. We really did enjoy this house. Thank you!
3.0 / 5.0
This house is well maintained, exactly as advertised and better. It's a beautiful location and well priced. The pool is very pleasant the golf pad fun. The nearby nature enjoyable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to my friends because of the anxiety producing rules. No loud noise in the DAYTIME, no being in the front or back yard after 10 pm (2 people talking on the patio after 10pm is prohibited- I asked the owner's representative about that specifically because I thought that couldn't be unreasonable. Not allowed ), nuisance fine of $1000 (with these rules we were scared to play music during the day while by the pool. And generally didn't want to be outside for fear we'd angry some disgruntled neighbor and pay the price) When checking out you must wash all extra towels and sheets and take garage to the curb. All dishes must be washed and put away (this was onerous for our group as we all had to leave quickly in the morning but didn't want to use paper goods to make more trash cause you have to haul that away if it doesn't fit). But the thing that put me over the top with annoyance was that if we have trouble with the internet don't call the owner call Comcast yourself. I have rented other houses with all technical or internet issues, there has always been a local person who came and dealt with it.
I get that this owner has apparently had poor renters that abused the property. But

The stay was as advertised!! Extremely clean house with a great back yard. Pool and hot tub where amazing. Yes there was a few bees from time to time but hey it’s spring and they were non aggressive. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to highway and stores. Having the hiking trails in the back was great. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Only complaint was that there were no measuring spoons or cups. MINOR complaint, but an annoyance as we didn’t realize it until we needed them at which point we couldn’t go buy any. Other than that, we highly enjoyed our stay.
5.0 / 5.0
The house was very well suited for 11 family members! It is a beautiful home and was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. I liked the separate front sitting area for the early risers and/or children's play area and the large kitchen/great room.
There was plenty to do on-site with the pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, XBox and hiking out the back door. I liked the area being north of the busy city, but still being close to the grocery. It was also very convenient for the few excursions we took (Grand Canyon from Williams, cowboy trail ride and cookout, etc.).
The only issue we had was that the pool temperature was not warm enough upon arrival. After one phone call, the issue was addressed, and the pool and hot tub were as expected.
We all now love Arizona!

This was the second time coming to this house. We have eight guys and fits our group very well. We really enjoy the hot tub after a long day on the course. Everything was great and we are planning on coming back next year!
5.0 / 5.0
The house was well supplied with kitchen needs, bedding, towels and it was very helpful to have dish soap, paper toweling, coffee filters, garbage bags available. We had trouble with heat for the hot tub and that was a major disappointment as the pool and hot tub were the focal point for us snowbirds. Phone calls for help were responded too timely at first and then when the problem reoccurred we were ignored but had the hot tub for use one evening out if 5. WiFi signal is not strong enough for todays multiple devices that get use at the same time. TV kept freezing during the Packer football game. The ping pong table was a real asset as well as the golf game. We really did enjoy ourselves and I would definitely recommend this for group use
