Huge rooms, comfy beds

We had a huge room and very comfortable bed and bedding. The fitness room was really great. Very disappointed that the pool was closed for the season as it was really hot and we were looking forward to using it.

For the price, breakfast should have been included. For such a large room the furnishings were sparse - could easily have fitted in a little table and two chairs. No freezer compartment in the fridge. The only outdoor seating area was in disrepair with shredded seat covers, not at all inviting or clean.

Too expensive, especially with lack oof cleanliness

Location is great

Shower was not clean . Mold growing around caulk on edges and floor of shower did not feel clean. Also, door to bathroom was broken. Very expensive stay! For the price, everything should have been fixed and should be extremely clean.

Lazy woke staff, dirty hotel and rooms

Paid for a room with a whirlpool. They put us in a tiny space with no whirlpool. Checked us into a second room, it was the exact same with dirty towels on the floor. They tried for the third time. Housekeeping had never even been in to clean the room. Bed linens on the floor, feces all over the toilet. Pieces of the shower broken and lying on shower floor, garbage everywhere. The front desk employee was too consumed with playing x-box to ensure our room was what we paid for, and also clean. Been trying to reach the manager Lashonda for a week now with no response and just a “she will get back to you” haven’t heard anything yet. Last time we will ever book at a Hilton. Absolutely unacceptable

Le staff pas très aimable ,pas de restaurant digne de ce nom (hilton), propreté plus que douteuse ( couloirs ascenceurs) ,chambre pas faite deux jours sur les 4. Je suis aviateur de métier j'ai séjourné dans beaucoup de Hilton, celui là est vraiment le pire au vu des tarifs pratiqués.

Would never recommend or stay here again!

The room and property were very clean.

The loud music playing on the floor above us. We were on the 2 nd floor. I called down to the front desk around 9:15pm and was told it would be over by 9:30. It finally quieted down at 11:45. After that it was good. But why would you let people interrupt your other guests with so loud of music. A loud party would have been less intrusive.

Great Place for a Soccer Stay

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was easy to find and in a safe location, which was the main selling point. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. For the price point, the hotel was phenomenal, and I would have expected to pay a little more honestly!

Overpriced snacks and low water pressure, but that's to be expected at any hotel!

This place is nasty

I have pictures of the nasty rooms they gave me #426, died bugs, hair in the shower, stains on the bed sheets, the blinds didn't go up. I spoke with the General manager, he assigned me #506. #506 had piss on the toilet seat, hair in the bed, hair in the shower, food crumbs on the couch and One of the complimentary bottles of water have been drunk out of. I had to find a housekeeper and pay her to clean my room. The general manager said to contact booking to get my money back.

Not getting a receipt at check-out was bad, And being overcharged by Booking.com and Hilton for two of the three days. We do not intend to use either of these companies in the future.

Elavator noises all day and night. Even after we asked to have the trash cans emptied, no service. The ice maker on our floor did not work our entire stay. We had to go to the first floor to get ice.

It was clean but I was disappointed in the high price and it not being what we were told on line.

We were charged more for our room than we should have. We wanted a king bed and a couch that could sleep a third person. When we got to our room it did not have a couch. The king bed was just moved awkwardly in the room with a long desk table behind the bed and the TV was half on the corner of the wall and half way in front of the window. It was weird and did not have an extra space to sleep a third person. The bathroom door also did not ever make a true seal because of it being a sliding door. It did not allow for privacy when going to the bathroom. The shower door kept sliding open as well. It would not stay closed. Please check room 216 out. Weird room arrangement and a few problems. The towels were very scratchy and rough.
