The privacy

There was a loud ring for 3 days straight it didn't stop I recorded it and showed them because how loud it was and they didn't do anything till almost my last day there. The AC wasn't working correctly and again they did nothing not offer a better room or a discount on my next stay. I wanted to be happy for this new resort but I'm not sold on it after what I experienced.

Can’t beat having morning coffee on the balcony with unobstructed ocean views

You can’t beat the ocean view from the living area and master bedroom. Very relaxing in the morning to sit on the nice balcony with your coffee. Easy in and out access to the resort. Electronic door lock was nice so no need to remember the card key if you are going to the pool and back. Excellent shell collecting when the tide goes out.

Hard to cook eggs in the morning with the electric stove. Took a very long time for the pans to heat up. Hot water for showers runs out after the second person. A bit of a drive if you want to go into town. Great if you like the seclusion and just want to stay in.

Facility-awesome.

No restaurant open during our stay. Had to drive to Mayan Palace for restaurant, but they provide you with access. If restaurant opens everyday it will be so awesome.

The property was excellent.

This weekend it had rained and the roads to were flooded.

beautiful, comfortable, I was in line with the place.

there was no hot water, it took maintenance about an hour to get there to get the hot water working. Front desk didn’t answer there phones half the time. it was also pricy for 2 nights 2 days

Great property but broken AC

Great views of the pool and ocean. Truly a home away from home with basic kitchen, bath, bedroom and home living necessities provided. The refrigerstor works but with dents and stains.

Airconditioning in our unit was broken. We were not able to enjoy family time gathered in the living room due to ac broken. The host at the office was very accommodating and tried to get a technicain to check but turned out with no solution to the AC problem. We’ve been in this property before and came back expecting to have the same great experience but now not sure about next time. The staff can only do so much so to the property owners, maintenance for such needed/required amenity must be a top priority especially since it’s part of what we pay for.

I would not stay in this unit again in its current state.

Door code was never provided ahead of time and front office closed at 5pm which made it difficult to contact property to obtain code. Took 30 minutes to find the right person just to get inside the room.

Master bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked each time you move just an inch. Osmosis system in kitchen was non functional so there was no drinking water. Kitchen was not adequately stocked. Additionally the only TV in this unit was in the living room and was non-functional. Imagine having 4 kids in the room, which pool closes at 10pm, bored out of their mind since the TV was not working. No TV in master bedroom. Given the chance I would never stay in this unit again in its current state.

Superb

The place itself is beautiful and very well worth the cost. The apartment is clean and has all necessities. Just as pictured on the site. Walk to the beach ⛱ is really close. Pools are clean and it is very quite. If you are looking for a family get away. This is it. You won't be upset.
