La ubicación del lugar excelente el cuarto
Todo bien

Manager is very accommodating and nice. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. The Terraza is great with excellent food.
You may hear some "night life" noises but, they would normally stop around 10 during the week, 10:30 or 11 during the weekends.
Amazing location, you can walk everywhere and is very safe, Boutique concept sometimes means old and dated rooms and furniture, NOT the case here, everything inside the rooms is modern, works well and A/C is very good (quiet). The TV can be a challenge but, maintenance did their best, you won't get a lot of USA channels but, who needs to spend time watching a lot of TV in Queretaro?
I suggest they make a deal with a local transportation company or taxi for "after hour" rides. Uber works well in Queretaro but, early mornings to go to airport or late night pick-up from some place might be challenge, would be great if they had a "go - to" service reliable and safe service.

La ambientación
Todo muy bien

El restaurante es excepcional.
Ciertos aspectos de limpieza en el cuarto.

Super Lage, Design stylish

Perfect location in the center of town. The building is beautifully renovated and our room was comfortable and luxurious. The staff really went the extra mile when I forgot something in the room and had to come back the next day to pick it up.
We loved everything about the hotel!

Lleno de diseño con detalles pensando en la comodidad de nosotros . Los materiales de muebles , sábanas , blancos y todo es de un exelente gusto y comodidad .
Realmente supero toda expectativa . Una experiencia de una sola noche pero 100% recomendable para volver

Casa Santiago is a beautiful place located in Centro Histórico. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. I have an excellent time and will book it again for my next trip to Queretaro.
I don’t have anything bad to say about this place

Location was nice, food was good and fresh.
Hotel closed until 8 h in morning, no breakfast before 8 h, not convenient if you have to start early.
Gym consisted of one trainer and one running belt, no weights, nothing additional.
Saturday morning the room next to me and the space in front of my room was used as make-up corner by lots of people, very very strange.
4.0
the amenities and also the restaurant was really good
the room has not natural light and it was really small , however you can tell they tried hard to make all the details inside to not miss the lack of space :)
4.5
The atmosphere as a whole.
The rooms are a bit noisy

The property is very conveniently located, right in the center. Everything was of walking distance, good food spots, plenty of bars, two Oxxo’s which is a stop & shop where you can buy snacks, etc.

It was a truly well thought out, exceptionally beautiful remaking of an old hacienda.
I found not one thing that required improvement.

facilities are awesome , trendy hotel nice looking
first room 305 is not suitable for sleep you can hear until 2am a lot of noise is located exactly above of reception or front desk and closer to kitchen and restaurant thus you can hear everything!!!

Central location. Shower is nice.
1. The hotel charges more than advertised. They advertise a price in Mexican Pesos but charge the credit card in it's "home" currency. The rate they use is different than the actual rate. This results in a charge significantly higher than advertised. They do this without the permission of the guest. I did not appreciate this deceptive and unethical business practice.
2. This hotel is very noisy. The walls are very thin. You will hear everything from other rooms and the central atrium which all rooms face. To make matters worse, the hotel plays music through speakers in the center atrium, day and night. This music is loud and clear inside the rooms. You will not sleep.

We left to early for breakfast.
We were unable to get a taxi to take us to the airport at 4;30 am and luckily we got an Uber after quite a wait. We are very grateful to Jesus who worked at reception to wait outside in the cold until we were picked up by our driver.
There could be more natural light in the room.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location! The staff was friendly on all interactions and exceeded my expectations. We were welcomed right away, shown to our room, there was a treat upon arrival to snack on, and a hand written welcome note! The towels were modern, cool looking, and very comfortable. I slept great in the bed as well. I can’t wait to stay at Casa Santiago again one day, and highly recommend it!
