A short walk or bike ride takes you to the center of the historical district including Congress Hall and the Washington Street Mall with adorable boutiques.

Enjoy the comfort of 2 ocean view bedrooms with a queen size bed and one bedroom with one twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed. Amenities include wifi, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, ironing board, microwave, oven/stove, an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower.

Should you require more room, please view VRBO 1388880. 2nd floor unit with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. This property can be rented in tandem with VRBO 1388880. Great for 2 families vacationing together.

There is ground level indoor storage for bikes, coolers, etc. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart. Door code lock, no keys to worry about.

This house is a great location! It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. The place was clean and the owners were very attentive. The only bad thing is that the apartment upstairs is flipped in layout, so the back bedrooms are under the upstairs kitchen and can be loud if people are stomping around.

The property is small with basic furnishings. Nonetheless, it pretty much has everything you need for a week at the beach. You simply cannot argue with the location. The storage for our beach supplies, provided beach supplies, outdoor shower, foot wash, hose, broom, and (again) the location are optimal. The proximity to beach access and the short walk to Washington Street Mall make this a property worth considering for any family/group that fits in the space. The weather did not cooperate during our week stay so, at times, the rental felt cramped for our family of four. The kitchen has very limited counterspace, but it was adequate for our purposes. The twin bedroom is VERY small and the "trundle" is really just a thin mattress in a drawer that fits under the bed. Probably adequate for a child, but really not usable for an adult. The other two rooms are fine. The furniture on the front porch is iron which was fine, but it is not what was depicted in the photographs which we thought may have been a bit more comfortable. Owner was very responsive to messages and accommodating to our requests.

From the first moment you walk in it's lovely to look at and very clean! Everything in good working order...good appliances, a/c, good bedding, kitchen well out fitted. Owner can detail more things in listing...for example listing said both 2 and 3 br? where exactly to park? Keurig or other? All eventually answered, communication excellent, but better if in listing. A place one would definitely want to stay again!

This condo is very close to the beach, which is wonderful. There were beach chairs, beach toys for us to use. My grandson loved the toys!! There were just a few things I want to make the owners aware of. The first set of steps (from the driveway to the landing) have sunk into the ground some, and now there is a ledge at the last step before the landing, which is a tripping hazard and very dangerous for going up or down the stairs. There is a large gap at the top of the stormdoor frame where it seems to sag away from the front door frame, which causes bugs to come in when the front door is open. And the light on the right side of the bed (in the bedroom on the right of the hallway) has a wiring problem. When switched on, it stays on for only 1 second and then stops working. Please note: we are not complaining abut this, but these are just to make the owner aware that he may have to look into this a little bit more.

The street is beautiful and sitting out on the front porch at the pretty wrought iron table was so relaxing! Would stay again!

This was the perfect size unit for the 4 of us. Everything was decorated beautifully. It was very clean. The location was great! Only a block from the beach and a few blocks from Washington Square. I would definately stay here again. The hosts were lovely too. Answered all of our questions right away.

Great location for the beach and walking to restaurants and shops. Nice to have an outdoor shower to keep sand out and the rooms were just enough for our family when staying in due to rain or bedtimes. The twin bedroom is a bed and trundle so space was a bit tight but worked for two little kids. The upstairs unit can be heard a little but it didnt keep us up. Overall, a great house!

Smooth and flexible checkin/checkout. Very responsive hosts. Perfect location for a family - 1 block from the beach, in a quieter part of town. The beach toys and accessories came in handy every day that the weather behaved. The back yard and grill is enough to enjoy a home cooked meal on a nice day. Washer/dryer in the home is a huge plus if you have a family.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had in over 10 years of coming to Cape May! The condo was really clean and well appointed and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus which saved us the trouble of bringing them from home. Will definitely go back!

This place is near everything you would want to be near . A 5 minute walk to beach , as well as short walks to restaurants ,Washington mall ,miniature golf etc . Everything you would need for family beach trip is provided in the property storage , chairs , umbrellas, children’s beach toys even corn hole for the beach ! Parking no problem for 2 cars !The place looks new and is spotless the unit is perfect for families to enjoy ! I would definitely stay here again very reasonable rates , close to everything can’t go wrong here !

We were so happy to get away from home and immediately felt comfortable in your cute, clean and well equipped house. Though the weather didn't fully corporate (its was quite cold and windy during our four days in Cape May) we managed to find lots of fun things to do in and around town. The location was perfect, and would have been amazing in the summer months with its proximity to the beach. Hope to come back again!
