About this apartment rental
This fully renovated 4th floor condo has a beautiful view of the ocean across the courtyard, just beyond our oceanfront pool. You can relax on the spacious balcony and listen to the ocean waves, or use the units personal electric grill to grill out for dinner! The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a walk in shower in the ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a daybed with a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is the “Crow’s Nest” which sleeps two in built in twin-size beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Condo had adequate space for the 4 of us, was clean and comfortable, and we loved the balcony view of the ocean. Great location to visit both National parks in the area. Disappointed with availability to internet and lack of television service based on the lack of internet connection. Office staff were friendly and quick to offer help. Would have appreciated one or two more dishwasher packets. Also having another kitchen towel would have been helpful.

We love Colony Reef! This is our 4th time there. This particular condo had plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, and even some plastic plates and little silverware for our kids. My only complaint is that the oven takes FOREVER to cook! It was over 20 minutes just to get up to temp at 350. Other than that, this unit is great. Beds are super soft as well.

Our family rented this condo so that we could spend New Year's together. We had originally tried to find a place in downtown St. Augustine, but I was so glad we couldn't! Our condo at Colony Reef was perfect! We enjoyed our view of the water, walking on the beach each morning, and even the hot tub! We were still close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the sights.
The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for the 6 of us, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We needed more towels and baking sheets, but the office had both readily available. Check in and check out was very easy.
The only thing that would have improved our stay would be some games and maybe some staples like Saran wrap/foil etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

Nice condo with great beach! Condo was clean, well appointed and included a closet full of beach toys and boogie boards. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots and pans which made cooking easy. Great pool area and the boardwalk out to the beach was very nice. The beach here is wide and the white sugar sand is amazing. Close to restaurants and activities it is a great place to stay.

We loved the location, the beach and the overall property itself. The condo itself is in need of upgrading. The beds, especially the master were in bad shape. It seemed like the mattress in the master had a bandaid added to try and fix, but it made it worse. The fitted sheet did not fit, and the foam topper was like sleeping in apple sauce. Had to move a mattress from the top bunk to replace the mattress on day bed so my daughter could sleep there. I would recommend the complex, but not this unit until updates are completed.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is in a great location and beautifully decorated. It is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for your stay from a coffee maker to games for the entire family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sliding door to the balcony. The bathroom has a large lovely walk-in tiled shower. The other bedroom has a very comfortable bed and also a daybed with a connecting bathroom with a tub and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Our adult daughter slept on the bottom bunk and said that it was very comfortable. All bedrooms have nice closets.The kitchen has all the pots, dishes and utensils you would ever need. The dining room table is large and there is also a bar with two barstools. The living room has a new sofa and loveseat. You can see the beach from the dining room table and the living room. There are DVD's for the entire family to enjoy. There are many good restaurants very close to the condo. We enjoyed Sunset Grill, Salt Water Cowboys and Oasis. We will be back next year. I will recommend this property to my friends and family.

The view from the 4th floor is spectacular! Very comfortable high top table on the balcony is great for enjoying breakfast. New living room furniture, including the two recliners, very comfortable. Kitchen table seats six people. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need. Bedding is comfortable with king size bed in master bedroom with walk-in shower. Indoor heated pool is an added plus. It was fine. They were painting the outside and the decks of the buildings. The smell was not good when inside the condo. Fortunately "airing" the condo out and turning the AC down helped remove the smell. Furniture and wall paper a little tried but overall a good stay.

Best spot in St Augustine
The view from our condo was breathtaking. You can sit on the couch and watch the sun rise every morning. The kitchen was nice with everything you need. The king bed in the master bedroom was like heaven.
A few minor things we noticed. There were not nearly enough bath towels for 6 people. So we had to do laundry everyday. The washing machine does not wash well so sometimes you had to run it more than once. Also the sinks don’t drain well. The master sink fills with water every time you use it.
None of these things affected our stay. We had the best family vacation of our lives. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all our friends and family.
