Comfortable, spacious and well-located apartment

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location - moments from the sea, minutes from bars and restaurants, yet very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi very good and although we didn't use the kitchen it seemed well equipped. We also didn't get to use the pretty patio garden as the weather was unseasonably chilly for July, but it's a nice facility to have.

As others have said, access is via a fairly short but steep flight of stone steps immediately behind a gate, so felt a bit fiddly and not very nice in the rain. That's a minor inconvenience for most of us given all the pluses of this apartment but could be a negative factor for some. And although the rooms were quite light, being in a semi-basement might not suit everyone.

Surprise weekend away

The apartment was very clean and comfortable It was well kitted out and so close to the beach with easy parking. I would highly recommend the host and the apartment

The perfect solo trip

Location - 2 minutes from the the beach & close to a lot of local eateries & supermarket 10/10 . Even for a solo traveller like myself the location felt quite safe . The apartment - Clean , tidy & had all necessary amenities including netflix 😎. The place itself is quite spacious with a hall , kitchen , bedroom & a small secret outdoor backyard. I enjoyed my morning coffees there even tho it was chilly. The house even had extra blankets & pillows which really impressed me . 10/10 A special thanks to Caterina my host for making my stay wonderful & recommending me some really nice places.

I wish I was stayed longer !

A Perfect Winter Haven Awaits...

Our third week long stay in 6 months which speaks for itself! The freezing cold costal weather was perfect for plenty of brisk walking along the 'Viking Costal Trail' with the accommodation providing a gorgeously cosy and super comfortable base. Will of course return.

Beautiful Broadstairs - such a relaxing week

The location is fantastic - you are very close to all the amenities that Broadstairs has to offer: the beach is very close, Morelli's ice cream parlour just round the corner, cafes, restaurants, bus stops to Ramsgate and Margate, shops ... We had a lovely week and look forward to coming again. (Parking on the street was easy, free and nearby - we were not in the school holidays- and we didn't need to move the car once as there is much to do locally, several lovely walks, and good public transport).

The steep stairs down to the apartment might be a problem for some - we were fine, but maybe not in ten years time! We were grateful for the helpful sign on the gate warning us of this.

Love this Apartment

My daughter and myself have stayed previously in 2022 and we just love this apartment. It's cosy, safe, clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. Easily able to get hold of the wonderful owner if any issues, nothing is a problem.

That we couldn't stay for longer!

Sea Front Walk is the place to stay for exceptional accommodation beach-side in Broadstairs

Exceptional property which provided everything necessary for the most comfortable and enjoyable week in Broadstairs & nearby areas. The owner went above and beyond to cater for our needs. The indoor and outdoor sections of the property were immaculate and we made full use of all spaces. Would definitely recommend and without a doubt return. Thank you!

Pleased to find town centre accommodation for the "Blues Bash"

The apartment is in a great location, on the sea front and a few minutes walk to the town's amenities. The apartment is bright and modern, and very clean. It is well-equipped (with one exception, more on this below). I was in Broadstairs for the "Blues Bash" and had a great time.

The Booking.com information page does not make it sufficiently clear that there is a steep flight of exterior stairs down to the front door of this property, which is a basement flat. I arrived alone with a suitcase and a bag of groceries and found the descent to the front door difficult. Anyone elderly or infirm, or indeed with any form of mobility issues, would struggle with this accommodation. Also, I like to sit at a dressing table with a mirror and plug socket to do hair and make-up. There is more wardrobe space in the bedroom than is really necessary but no dressing table - I would remove one wardrobe and replace it with a dressing table. I had to prop my small compact mirror up on the dining table, which wasn't ideal.

What a fantastic gem.

Everything. The location to everything u need and the beach is perfect . The apartment is warm n spotless and quiet and equipped wiyh everything you need. The bed is the best bed ive ever slept in. So comfy. I definitely have found my go to chill place when life gets too tough.

Superb

The space was amazing and it was great value for money. Great location too. Only a 5min drive from Ramsgate!

We didn't realise it was a ground floor apartment so the view is of the garden and the front of the house is a wall. We were under the street level. It was all lovely just would have been nice to see the sea!

I would highly recommend it .It was perfect in every way

perfect location ,very near to seafront. very well equipped,couldn’t have wished for more. Very warm and bed was extremely comfortable The owner was so helpful also tips of where to go . i just could not have wished for more

Wifi was good in in sitting room but didn’t really work in bedroom,but it wasn’t really important. If your mobility was not brilliant the stairs going up to entrance were rather steep , that was also not an issue for me ,but my friend who came to visit me ,found them difficult .
