This was a last minute reservation a couple hours before we arrived. Check in was about 10:30 pm and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was amazing!! I wish I could have slept longer before getting on the road again! Would stay again for sure!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice, the spa on the other hand was subpar. The jets didn’t work and the spa water was luke warm.

I had personal things come up at home and wanted to change my reservation. Hotels.com and the corporate office were both willing to work with me, even at a small charge; but, the local ownership - Town Pump - would not even talk to me about the change. They said I could check out early, but would not get refunded any money. I will not be staying at any hotel owned by Town Pump again.

When we arrived they only had a king bed for my son and I, even though we booked a double queen in Expedia. They corrected it but charged more. Because of the races we didn’t have an option. I didn’t think that was a very sound business practice.

Location was right by the highway, we stayed for a night before our flight the next morning. Very fast and easy checkin process, the manager came right in to help me when front desk person was attending another customer in front of me. Hot tub by the pool was out of order - but they said there was another one in the middle of hotel. Since my kids wanted to stay in the pool we weren’t able to use the hot tub. I hope they fix the hot tub soon.

Quick overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. No big frills but didn’t use any amenities other than the complementary breakfast that was a plus. Not the fanciest place, but a good clean comfortable place to stay. I would use them again.

The floor in the bathroom smelled like urine. The design of the building was awkward having to leave outside from the front desk and walk to another door to access our room

Our room had dog kibble on the floor, smelled as if dogs had been peeing in the room without the hotel properly cleaning the carpets like ever… they also felt like they had t been cleaned ever, I could hear every noise from the rooms around us. For over $200 a night I expected way better. We had been on the road with our pup for 11 days and all the other pet friendly hotels were clean and fresh, some even more cost efficient, I was highly disappointed with my stay.
