Located in the quiet beachfront settlement of Peppermint Grove Beach, The Beach House boasts 180 degree water views, convenient beach access and room to get the whole family together.

Peppermint Grove Beach offers the best of Geographe Bay without the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Dunsborough. In summer the beach is white sand, clear water and safe swimming for all ages. The Capel River mouth is a short walk away and is a popular fishing, surfing and beachcombing location. Basic supplies are available from The Peppermint Grove Caravan Park store, and the town of Capel is only a 15 minute drive away.

Recently renovated, this property offers two kitchens and living areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms in a duplex arrangement. The letting fee includes the whole property. The house is comfortable in any season, with air conditioning and ceiling fans for those hot summer days and two wood fires to keep you cosy in winter.

The beach is easily accessible from your private steps connecting directly to the public pedestrian access to the beach. There is also plenty to do with a children's play area, large lawn and many board games and DVDs.

Relaxed and homely family reunion in Peppermint Cove, 3 mins walk to the beach. Loved playing with the grandchildren on the grass with the beach so close and spending time with the big kids at the fire pit by night. Perfect for a large family.

As always, we found ourselves in a home away from home where 6 of us had plenty of space to relax and do our own thing or come together for games and puzzles around the big dining table, and drinks outside watching the spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. I’ve been here a few times now with friends and family members and everyone agrees it’s their absolute favourite holiday location and accommodation. Heading home feeling super relaxed after daily swims, a kayak ride and lots of long walks on the golden beach. Thanks, Kath & Luke!

Such an amazing place to stay. Clean, open-plan but cosy, to-die-for ocean view, a minute walk to the water, dolphins every day, quiet and peaceful…I could literally go on and on. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a wonderful five days.

We brought a group of ladies for our weekend retreat, and we loved the stanning beachfront location where we can walk down to the beach in a second, also the property had everything we needed. My entire family stayed over the long weekend, adult children and grandchildren. It is perfect for children, great enclosed grassed area. There are steps from the property to the beach entrance. The beach is clean and calm with small waves for boogie boards. The property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is a bonus to have linen provided which included bath mats and hand towels. there were ample tea towels and kitchen supplies. The outdoor shower was novel with mermaid tiles on the floor and a handheld

I have stayed here with family before. This time came with a group of friends and they were blown away by the beauty of the location, the view, the house and garden, which has been so tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, decorated and equipped. The beds are super comfy, and we wanted for nothing. Swam twice a day and delighted in the outdoor mermaid shower. Most sublime holiday ever. Thank you, Kath and Luke. And thank you to the dolphins, which we saw daily, dipping and gliding close to shore.

After playing 3 days of very hot golf it was such a pleasure to come home and sit outside and cool down with the beautiful sea breeze, all the while admiring the stunning view of the ocean. Dolphins and rays kept us entertained during the day and in the evenings the stars shone brightly above. Life is good! We were a group of 8 and the house accommodated all our needs.

Loved our stay at this well equipped and spacious accomodation, primarily because it was as described, directly on the beach, beautiful uninterrupted views of the sunset every evening, nice family accomodation set up catering for all ages and abilities, with a separate modern duplex great for our elderly extended family members staying with us to have their own privacy away from our teens. Hosts were very responsive, quickly sorting out any issues, with an easy check-in and simple check-out process. Thanks for having us and hopefully we can stay again in the future!

Had a great time hanging out at this very well stocked house. Awesome games, stocked with everything you could possibly need even sun-cream, beach toys, cooking stuff, heaps of cutlery and washing powder. Really well set up for a big group. Loved the views. Comfy beds. 10/10

What an absolutely perfect stay! The house, the location, the amenities, the homeliness! It’s the whole package! The weather quickly turned our plans to get married on the beach in front of the house however the property offered such a perfect view with a beautiful open grassed area, we were able to still make our special day work. Our family had a lovely stay with us and we all couldn’t have been happier. Kath and Luke should be so happy and proud of the home away from home they have built.

We, (8 adults, 4 kids) found the property very good and it was ideal for relaxation, with a good beachside view and outdoor space for entertainment. The beach was nice, but the water was murky and there were excessive amounts of seaweed stranded on the beach. A major problem was that there was no WiFi at the property which became a bit of inconvenience for the kids. One of the bathroom showers was quite cramped and small and the laundry sink was clogged up.

Beautiful home. It is essentially two houses side by side. Works perfectly for a large family group with kids. It’s easy for the elders to have their own private space and then have main meals in one larger family space. Great location next to the beach. Loved it.

Our families stay was absolutely amazing. A perfect spot for the wedding party to prepare and simply walk down the stairs to a breath taking beach ceremony. A superb view from the balcony out to the ocean and a very relaxed and well appointed outdoor living area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen facilities were great. Thanks for a great stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed every waking moment. The location is fantastic, the house was clean and well equipped with plenty of room to accommodate our large group; the beach was a stones throw away, and the views and sounds of the waves crashing were so relaxing. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Kathy’s understanding after a hiccup (COVID) caused issues with the original booking was appreciated. All communication was 👌🏼. The house itself is…. WOW!!! The location & view was something you need to experience, the house was perfect. Clean, modern, well-stocked. The adults took advantage of the many zones to chill out and enjoy the views. The teens spent so much time enjoying the perfect beach. It was the perfect place for a family weekend together. 100% recommend.

This house is in an amazing location overlooking Peppermint Grove Beach, with the beach only a short walk down and over the dune. The beach is beautiful and great for sunning, swimming, fishing and kayaking. The house is kitted put with everything you need and more. We would certainly stay here again.
