Perfect weekend retreat.

Fab location, so close to the beach, great view. Great space for 2 families to share. Nice to explore down south but still closer to return to Perth

A few little touches would make it so much more inviting, not having to bring your own sheets and towels as they take up alot of car boot space. A few throws on the sofas for winter. A dishwasher tablet for every day you stay, not 2 for 8 people for 4 nights.

Would not recommend seaside homes or this property.

This is via a third party agency. They cancelled initial booking with 2 weeks notice. 2nd booking they wanted to charge for linen even though booking sites states linen included. Took 4 days to reply and had no interest in acknowledging this. Photos are old. This property is not next to the beach. I puke not recommend. Agent seaside homes has little interest customer service. Property is aging and various amenities not working.

all in all very relaxing

location, comfort, close to beautiful beach,

we contacted the property manager are reported that the bathroom tap would not turn off on the day we arrived and nothing was done about it. tap ran all the time we were there. the fridge was not working properly and we lost food because it was not cold. this to was reported. the microwave was not working. we arrived at 3 pm and the cleaner was still cleaning so we could not get into the house until 4

I can not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Not good value for money 😕

The house was not clean. Not enough woods for fire. No bedsheets all bedding was old smelly and had stains every where.

Fantastic views and close to Capel winery, definitely worth trying their pairing menu.

Could do with a good clean and a chimney sweep.

Was a lovely stay being so close to the beach but the house is in serious need of maintenance.

Location was amazing!

General House Maintenance is desperately needed. Deck - exposed nails which was unsafe especially having toddlers. Cooking pots were old and need to be replaced. Cutlery - sharp steak knives are needed, no teaspoons, not enough place mats for 8 guests. En-suite toilet was leaking. Aircon needed upstairs, as it’s very uncomfortable upstairs in the afternoon even with all the blinds closed. (Was not even a hot weekend) BBQ - was extremely dirty, we had to buy a coal bbq from Bunnings as we could not use it (I have photos if needed) Pest control is highly needed, place is ridden with spiders and webs are all throughout the house. Dishwasher full upon arrival which is not a big issue but was not cleared out. Beds were not comfortable especially the single beds and squeaked all night. Photos need to be updated as the house is not in the same condition as the photos, also the impression it is on the beach is false as there is a new house in view which is fine but needs to be correctly advertised.
