The rental was comfortable and clean. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. None provided except for a generic 2in1 mini travel size. I recommended to the hosts to provide a small chair for the upper deck to be able to sit outside. Everything was great overall.

Place is exactly as listed. Nice place for a week’s stay. Good communication with rental agency

I love the proximity to downtown. Walking distance and quiet neighborhood with Griz Grocery nearby for food, coffee, and snacks.

Comfortable, well decorated. Close to lots of things, the river, downtown. I enjoyed my stay very much.

If you are searching for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located base for exploring Missoula or western Montana - look no further. From the apartment, it takes just minutes to walk to the University of Montana and hike the M or downtown to surf Brennan's Wave (and local favorites Rockin' Rudy's and Big Dipper ice cream are just steps from the front door).
After a busy day of work or play, the apartment is a relaxing and welcoming place to unwind - it is new and beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of amenities. Strong wifi means work travelers can stay on top of to do lists (and favorite shows on the Roku-connected TV). Touches like photos from the region on the walls, the washer and dryer, and dedicated off-street parking set this apartment apart from the average rental.
My favorite part? The view of the mountains from the tile and glass shower.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Missoula. Had everything I needed & was very comfortable. My pre-booking questions were answered quickly.

This rental met my interests in several categories: easy walking distance to University of Montana facilities, downtown restaurants and entertainment, and neighborhood shopping and breakfast sites; design of rental provides the feel of a larger rental; off-street location seems quiet and secluded; and it was immaculate! I wish that it was available for one-night bookings as I visit Missoula several times per year.

This was a perfect spot for us. Clean and bright. It’s new so was missing a couple of things like a pot for cooking spaghetti and a vegetable peeler, but we were very comfortable there. Very walkable location - bakeries, farmer’s market, river, restaurants, parks, grocery store. We loved Missoula.

We went to Missoula for a pearl jam concert and were very impressed with the property and the location. Clean and nice, well appointment. We will definitely stay there again vs a hotel.

We had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving holiday complete. Thank-you so much.

I was at a conference at the University all week. This was a very convenient place to stay. I had my bike with me and could get onto campus in about 5-10 minutes! The place was super clean and modern. The A/C was great at keeping the whole place at a pleasant 72 degrees (I don't like it cold!). Although it's off an alley, it felt very safe and it was actually very quiet! The only minor irritant was the couple that lived in the house adjacent to the property were in and out of the garage ALOT and so you could hear the garage door opening and closing frequently. The other thing was that the door locking mechanism was a bit stiff and you really had to make sure that it had "caught" in the lock before walking away. However, it was a beautiful space that was really well equipped. I would absolutely stay there again if I was back in Missoula.

I’ve stayed here before and I like it. I bought my own coffee maker because I don’t enjoy Keurig coffee. The only problem was a lightbulb burned out, and there were no extras in the apartment. Plus there was only two extra rolls of toilet paper. I bought both of those which is fine. Everything else is really nice. I hope I get to stay there again. The best part was that I arrived early and Amy let me check in early which made a huge difference in my day. Thank you.

I enjoyed the stay on Blaine. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and it was easy to get to the downtown activities and fun shops. Great place.

We stayed in this property while visiting friends in Missoula. Easy to use, very good bed and nice shower. Kitchen was just fine fine for morning coffee, which was all we needed as we were out and about a lot.

It was very clean and so fun to walk to campus to see my daughter.

You can’t beat the location or quality of this rental. I travel for work frequently and this stay was definitely at the top!! Super quiet, dedicated parking, all the amenities you need, good bed, FANTASTIC SHOWER. It was tempting to not want to just move in 😛

Clean/Updated Studio
Centrally located within town, this modern studio was a perfect place to stay for the week. It was set up with just about everything I needed for my stay. The only thing I found that I was missing was an actual coffee maker, not just a Keurig and some Tupperware available for food storage. Other than that, the place had everything.

This is very nice place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as acutely as nice as the picture and in very good repair. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone.

The apartment is clean and has all the amenities that you might need for an short stay in Missoula. The apartment advertises a queen bed but it is closer to a full and is super uncomfortable. I would recommend this stay for some staying alone instead of for two.

This over-garage apartment was perfect for two people, with plenty of space for suitcases, backpacks, shoes, jackets, hats. But it was small enough to feel cozy and friendly. And, there was a dedicated parking space. We could walk to the UM campus, to restaurants and shops on Higgins, to the river, to downtown. It was easy to manage Covid concerns by preparing our own breakfasts and bringing back restaurant takeout dinners to eat "at home" (mid-Sept. 2021).
