Absolutely nothing to write home about. Worst accommodation I have ever slept in. I don't recommend it to my worst enemy. Very dirty, smelly. I developed sore throat just by breathing on dirty pillows.
Absolutely nothing

Awful experience , I wasn't able to open door as code doesn't work , I had to wait to get this sorted but still didn't in de end I had to take staff number if I had to go out so they can open door for me . There was memory foam instead of mattress , pillows were horrible I had my flight early in morning to catch up but cudnt sleep at night because of memory foam and bedsheets was coming off , bathroom.was clean and tidy , no towels for shower and bathroom was cold .
Comfort is most important thing you want specially when u are travelling for work or holiday. If its not there so your day is wasted .

There was no communication or information sent to us about how to check-in. We never received a code, we were left waiting until finally some dude comes down and asks to see our booking information, he wasn't friendly at all and made me feel super uncomfortable. He knew the code to our room which made me uneasy. The room didn't have any toilet paper, soap, or towels, when we came to head out we wanted to check to see if the code would work for us to get back in, it didn't so we ended up ringing the doorbell to be let back in later on which was lucky for us someone answered. I'd avoid this place!

Are you kidding me. Like there's anything to write let alone two or three sentences. Ok I like to get bed bugs and all sorts of lice infestations hmmm lovely.
Anyone considering this place please for God's sake read before you do. Save your hard earned money. It will be the best thing you did honestly.
Where does one begin. It's not like we tried find the poshest place but as we haven't much to spare we thought a place rated acceptable would mean just that. Not the best but by far not the worst too...BUT !! The place was a disgusting hovel. How on earth it can be stated there is a disinfectanting between visitsor stays; when the bed sheets were soiled and pillows had grey dust on them. Hairs next to the pillows that looked very much like public, and the towels provided had really nice brown stains in them. The floor had not seen a hoover for who knows how long, and the corners of the room had build up of dirt and debris. The whole place stunk bad. The kitchen needed a clean before touching anything. The bathroom had just been used when it was meant to be for our use. So . We couldn't possibly consider staying as my partner was visibly upset at the thought. And no self respectable human would want to endure having to. One would require a fumigation if they had. Honestly anyone thinking that was acceptable needs to actually stay in that room. Bottom floor (room 1) as the photos of the property looked nice they obviously are misleading as that wasn't the same place. And I doubt that the same room looks like that now. I find it offensive that I was led to pay that amount money to endure such conditions let alone pay for the privilege. It was disgusting. And to think my partner was to think I ordered such a place actually makes me feel dissapointed in myself that she could feel I chose it. I wouldn't let my pets stay in such conditions let alone my woman. Maybe my standards are a little more expectant than the average person that grades that as acceptable; but anyone with any dignity would look at that place and feel sick at the thought.

All looks great
I like everything about the apartment

I could not get into the property as there was no key in the key safe. Which meant I had to go and pay for a hotel for 2 nights. I have received no apology ,no refund , no answer on the phone. Rubbish company, rubbish stay. Poor quality company.

I’m sure it would’ve been pleasant but I never stayed as it had stairs & im disabled !!
It could’ve said not suitable for disabled !?

Nothing!
I could not give any stars for this property as I pre-booked it to go to university, and I could not get into the place due to a door code being active on the property with the code not being provided on confirmation of the booking. Furthermore, I could not get in contact with the home owner / landlord to alleviate any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Due to the inconvenience that I sustained during this time, I was unable to attend my university course for the day as I had no place to stay which required me to go home which is a 4 hour trip to Manchester!

I really enjoyed my stay. Would differently tell people about this place. Is home away from. I loved my stay.

Nothing
It was a bed site, 1 towl for 2 guests staying, no toilet roll, tiny room, tiny bed that was very uncomfortable with a smaller quilt and the shower was broken.
Left early and will never book again.

We booked this place on the Monday for Saturday night. Text the owner Saturday morning for details to be told it was all booked and I needed to phone booking.com for a refund. Very poor experience as we needed to book another place last minute.

Good location, available operating kitchen and own clean bathroom with toiletries available.
We didn't have the code to how to access the accommodation as the owner did not sent us an email with instructions or was there when we arrived. A person who was renting there let us in and actually had the codes to all rooms!
Then the owner sent me text with the info.
The TV wasn't working , I called and texted to ask how to work it but no answer.
I also texted to let the owner know I was checking out but no answer.
The carpet infront of the bathroom was very wet and the room was a ground floor window on the main road, so we couldn't sleep as all the pedestrians and road nouse as if with us in the room.
Duvet with no cover and 1 pillow with no pillow case.
2.3
Comfy bed. Hot shower, good WiFi.
Not the cleanest of places, previous guests toothbrush on bedroom floor. Bed linen clean-ish. Could do with a good deep clean. As a woman travelling alone the key code door for my room didn't feel the safest, the code was predictable, and I doubted it has ever been changed between guests.
2.3
Location was v good, and free WiFi and netflix was good as well.
No security and check in was a night mare. I had no codes for room to get in. However, another guest, and the cleaner knew my room code. Besides the shower was blocked, and no toilet rolls in the washroom. There was no cleanliness at all until I was to check out. Windows won't close and all the traffic noise would haunt me throughout my stay...

when I turned up the bed was totally unmade (see pic), dirty mug and half-drank bottles of water on the floor, used bedsheets and dirty towels on the floor. room is not the same one on the picture. received two different sets of door codes for front door and room door. bin was full, shower was dirty. messaged owner to ask for cleaners to come, no reply.
2.3
The rooms were absolutely disgusting - dead insects, dirty bed sheets (stains and bugs), mould!!! Crazy for anyone to expect someone to sleep in that accommodation!
