This beautiful townhome is quite large and has a consistently high quality throughout. It is rented only sparingly and is kept in very good condition. The bedroom setup is ideal for a group of 3 couples or small family groups. There's a lot to like about the place, but some highlights include the newer private hot tub, the large summer only pool area, the large covered deck, the private washer & dryer, and for ski season guests, the boot & glove dryers! The location is also a great feature. Using two different but easy routes, you can walk downhill from the slopes to the property, and downhill from the property to the Gondola, Ski School, groceries, restaurants, and more! The same is true of the walk to access the free city bus system. Of course you don't have to walk! The complex has a free Private Shuttle service in ski season to get you to and from the slopes. This property is available only for discerning guests who will treat it with respect & care. Discounts may be available for guests staying 7 or more nights. My interaction with Steamboat Springs Rental was flawless. The unit was as expected and fully met our needs with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a working and clean hot tub and heated garage with easy key pad entry and garage door openers. While the sofa downstairs was awfully tired and worn, this was no surprise based on the pictures. It was a great location and the shuttle to skiing was a bonus. We'd stay here again in a minute.

Great layout and location, with such great promise; sadly, property was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned and sanitized prior to our stay. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was very well equipped. Sadly, bathrooms and kitchen were not properly cleaned and sanitized prior to our stay; one shower and one sink in master too clogged to use, had to share showers. Kitchen floor wasn't even swept, so no chance it was mopped or disinfected in any way. Hot tub not professionally turned over or serviced prior to our stay; hot tub cover disintegrating into water, no chemicals present in water. Despite requests for professional hot tub service from both the owner and property manager, only the housekeeper was sent to add "tablets" to the tub. Her visit did not remedy the problems; she confirmed to me directly that she is NOT a hot tub professional. The hot tub remained unavailable to us throughout our 8-night stay due to maintenance, sanitation and bacterial growth issues. Upon inquiry with owners about how to operate the fire pit on back deck, owner claimed only owners are "permitted" by the city to use the fire pit. A call to the local fire marshal revealed this to be untrue; the fire pit on the back deck is illegal for anyone to use, including the owners. With a thorough cleaning, new throw rugs in living area, new carpeting on the stairs and some serious TLC, this could be a fantastic vacation rental!! Sadly, owners and property managers failed to deliver what they were selling in the online ad for this property: "This beautiful townhome is quite large and has a consistently high quality throughout. It is rented only sparingly and is kept in very good condition." Photos in online listing also have been edited to add significant light and brightness, this property is very, very dark inside. We were very disappointed.

We had the best time during our week at this rental. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with bathrooms, free shuttle within a few steps, a hot tub after a long ski day, attached heated garage with boot warmers! We loved everything about it

Everything about this place was as advertised, but the hot tub was not working when we arrived. We also had issues with 2 of the TVs. While the property owner did fix the TV issues promptly and attempted to fix the hot tub problem, it was never resolved. We were never able to use the hot tub all 3 days we were there, which was the main reason we choose the place. The inconvenience of all of this took the shine off of the experience for us. While we were compensated for our troubles, it still was not a top notch experience. I hope when other people use this place, the hot tub is back to functioning.

Great location. Shuttle was very quick with little wait time. This is a very comfortable place with a well equipped kitchen. If you book it make sure you look at the spice rack before to buy more. Seems everyone staying is buying spices, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soup in mass quantity with each stay. Next time we’re going to Steamboat we’ll look to see if this unit is available first.

We enjoyed our time staying here. We were able to relax and do the activities we wanted around town. Rental did show some wear but nothing that affected our how much we enjoyed our stay there. Overall we had a great vacation.

Don’t stay in ID 3886673
The house was not clean. Carpet old and stained. Beds not washed. Had human and pet hair in them. Disgusting. The house smelled awful. The previous renters trash was still there. It took 24 hrs to hear from someone. Mountain vacation lodging (resortia) only has a message number and email. I finally heard from someone who refused any type of refund or consultation. I’ve been to steamboat several times and never had such an experience. I will NEVER rent from this company or host again. I recommend you do not either. Unacceptable and intolerable.

First time in Steamboat
This was our first time in Steamboat. We traveled with our two kids, 5 and 8 and two grandparents. The actual condo was great. Each bedroom was en suite, which was perfect. Kitchen was great to cook in, lots of utensils and spices to meet our needs. A big enough table for family dinners. A hot tub, which is a definite plus- it’s in a basement room, which is somewhat weird especially given there’s a back deck that would be more suitable for a hot tub. The best part was the huge garage that had hooks for jackets, pants or helmets plus a large boot warming rack. This made it easy to get dressed or undressed for skiing each day.
I will say, the biggest downside is the offered transportation. There is a free shuttle that is mentioned, however this only goes to the ski hill and back. It will not pick you up at the condo door but down a hill, which wouldn’t be an issue except for the extreme icy drive that wasn’t taken care of. With young kids and two grandparents, this was not only a safety issue but extremely frustrating that the shuttles refused to get us at our door. Other condos offer transport to the downtown area, this condo does not. It’s not extremely walkable for the young or old. There is a city bus, but again, compared to other ski towns that utilize free shuttles- taking the city bus is less ideal. If you have your own car, this would not be an issue.
Overall, the condo was great but Steamboat has some serious needs in terms of infrastructure to meet the demand of growing crowds.

Ski Getaway
The location is a short shuttle ride or 10 minute walk to the lifts if you cut thru the complex across the street. The owner came by a few times to drop off items in the garage.
There are a lot of steep stairs in the unit, so it could be hard for less-mobile people to get around.

Amazing Condo!
Highly recommend! This was the best ski condo we've stayed in! We loved having our own personal indoor hottub. Condo was larger than we expected, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Shuttle service for skiing/snowboarding was easy to use and convenient. All of us commented during the whole stay about the thoughtfulness of some of the things included in the condo. Very well stocked and clean. I was very jealous that the kitchen was better than mine. ;) We wanted to move in.

We had a great stay and this is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever had in a VRBO. We cooked many meals and it was great! Just a few items for general info - the garage is small and our jeep wrangler fit well but larger vehicles will need to park either parallel to garage or out on street outside of complex as there is not a driveway. No central A/C but fans were provided - we were there during a hot week and it did get warm during the day. I had a couple of questions regarding pool key and trash, management company returned my call right away. Those items could probably be posted in unit to save a call.

It is a great place to stay in Steamboat. Guests should be aware of lots of stairs to navigate. We loved our stay. Great covered patio. You are not allowed to use the fire pit due to HOA rules. Loved the private hot tub. We did lots of cooking in the beautiful modern kithen.

The property we stayed at was FANTASTIC!!!! Indoor hot tub helped ease the sore muscles. It was well stocked, clean, a joy to come back to after a great day carving up the slopes.

Showing some wear
Spent a fall week here in 2020 and found the unit ok but not top tier. The location is good, but the inside is showing some wear and needs to be brought up to date. While furnishings were certainly adequate, they don’t live up to the photos on the listing. One interesting thing is the garage, one side of which is reserved for old equipment, etc. We didn’t see any place to leave the car outside, so getting into the usable half requires some pretty good skill. I’ve a midsized car and had about an inch or so on either side when going through the garage door. If going back, am guessing could find something better for the price.

Comfortable, great location
The condo is an easy walk to the gondola (at least in summer without ski boots on). The porch is large with comfy furniture and a fire pit. The hot tub was nice after an active day. The manager / owner were communicative and friendly. We'd go back!

Nice place for our family
Overall it was a nice, spacious, well-stocked property for our family. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the number of showers for the kids and us. Our only complaints were that it got warm with no central air conditioning, the hot tub had a smell to it and the pool was only open 10-5.

Great Ski Vacation
This townhouse was ideal for our family of four. We had a great time skiing and relaxing. Just a short free bus ride to the slopes and to downtown Steamboat. And the hot tub was a luxury. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Steamboat.

Beautiful Stay!
We vacationed at this property with our two, young children and the accommodations were excellent! The townhome was wonderfully furnished and clean. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is an indoor hot tub on the lower level, which was awesome! We would highly recommend this property in Steamboat Springs for your next adventure!

Fantastic vacation rental
Oh wow, we really loved this place. Our family stayed for a week in August to take advantage of Steamboat's summer activities. It was very nicely furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of towels,pillows, blankets. The furniture was stylish, but cozy. The kitchen was so great - I like to cook and the kitchen was extremely well stocked - the only thing I missed was a kettle for making tea. We grilled on the back deck and took advantage of the fire pit. The beds were SUPER comfortable. I meant to check the type of mattress before we left, but I forgot! I love the convenience of being able to do laundry. We used the community pool which was small, but the kids loved it. We had neighbors on both sides, but could not hear them at all through the walls.
It was really a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this rental. If I had any suggestions, it would just be a binder of information would have been helpful (how to use the fire pit, what are the rules and procedures for checkout, etc.), but even without that the rental company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Nice condo with a wonderful back porch, great place for the family to gather at the end of the day.
After a few issues upon arrival, no hot water, a cold hot tub, a very dirty back porch and no gas for the fire pit, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The openness of the kitchen, living room in addition to the beautiful back porch was perfect for spending time with family and friends.

Exactly what we needed!
We had a lovely experience! We were traveling with three “big kids” between 14-22 years old. The five of us had plenty of space and the open living/kitchen area made for wonderful evening meals and game nights. The shuttle to the slopes was quick and clean with wonderful drivers. We would certainly rent this townhome again!
