About this house rental
House is located just south of downtown St. Augustine, by beautiful Crescent and historical Butler beaches. Situated within a short drive from downtown and a short walk to the beach as well as the Intracoastal waterway. Perfect for those that enjoy downtown exploring, shopping as well as the beach, boating, kayaking and fishing. Several beach access ramps (one of which is private to the neighborhood) and two boat launch ramps within a mile. Restaurants, beach toys, surfboards, fishing gear, kayaks and boat rentals are just around the corner.
Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large yard and enough parking to bring your boat or camper. Large backyard deck with shade sails for out door lounging, dining and barbecuing. The front yard features an authentic native Indian Tiki hut with comfortable outdoor furniture for a perfect afternoon or evening. The house has all the conveniences necessary to make your stay comfortable, including washer and dryer, beach towels, outdoor shower, outdoor kids swing set, horse shoe pit, bean bag toss and a fire pit.

Great place, we traveled with a family of 7 and the house was perfect. Crossing the A1A to get to the beach was a little difficult at times, there is no crosswalk and traffic does not stop, but once you get to the beach its amazing! A little disappointed in the ammenities, host said we could use anything in the shed, tandem bicycle had clearly not been used in a while, chain was rusty and tires didnt hold air, chairs were rusty and in poor shape. Not a big deal, but why offer it as something to use when its not usable - just get rid of the stuff altogether so people dont have that expectation. Had to request toilet paper as there was none stocked, host responed quickly and dropped some off. Overall a great experience, would stay again.

Home felt like my home or 1 of a close relative. Owner met us at the house when we got in town to show us how to use the door lock and where everything was. He was very friendly and said if we need anything just text him and he would take care of it even if we just wanted a recommendation for food or directions for somewhere. We didnt take him up on the offer because we like just exploring but it was nice that he would do that if needed!!!

An old group of friends from across the country reuniting for some WSP. Perfect layout for 6 ppl. Room for more. Everything you need for the beach is there. Nice stroll to the boardwalk. Stretch of beach not crowded and parked on the beach every day (4x4). Close to bait shop and launch. Tiki hut perfect for nighttime gatherings. Back porch great for hanging out. Kitchen great for foodies. Attention to detail, clean and very accommodating hosts. Planning on making it an annual event.

The location of this property is amazing! It's literally about a 7 min walk to the beach, across the street!
The only downside to the property is we were asked to not use the backyard for "partying or being loud" we had 4 kids age range (12, 12, 12, 15). It needs to be notated in the property that the back yard is not accessible.
The Tiki Hut in the front yard was our saving grace! We spent most of our time in the Hut! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again, just without the kids!

Good week
This place was perfect for the 5 of us. The access to the beach was close & very nice. We didn't pack our beach chairs bc the listing stated some were there.... but we later learned they were broken/ unusable. That is my only complaint, and I shared it with the owner so I feel sure he will correct that issue.

Excellent location; not far from St Augustine and very close to several beautiful sugar sand beaches. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Great experience!

We appreciated the bed linens being provided in a neatly-folded bundle. Benk greeted us on arrival and gave us helpful information about the home and area. He even brought an additional bike. We were able to pack very light thanks to all that was included with the home. We especially enjoyed the CrockPot for easy meals that were ready after a day at the beach. This truly was the best part, being so close to beautiful Crescent Park Beach. We were in awe and visited 5 times during our stay. Parking is free and we had no trouble finding a spot even on the weekend! Back on the property, I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and tiki hut while watching the butterflies and birds that visited the landscaped yard that makes you feel tucked away from it all. We were about 25 minutes away from St. Augustine, but it is an easy drive that we made about 4 times during our stay. A Wal-Mart and a Publix are not far, either. I look forward to coming back some day.

We were pleased with our two night stay! The property owner was awesome and answered any questions we had. Property is close to Crescent Beach Park and would recommend driving there and parking if you have small kids. The backyard play area was perfect for our three year old! We were pleased with our two night stay! The property owner was awesome and answered any questions we had. A real gem
We loved how accommodating this home was to our needs. There was enough room for our family to gather. Spare beds so that everyone had one. The tiki hut was awesome, as well as the hammocks to relax.
Was a short walk to the beach, and a 20 min drive to the old town. Everything we needed was a short drive as well.
House was very clean, and host was so informative and helpful. Loved all the binders and pamphlets to help make decisions, and let us know our way around.
Definitely would stay again.

We met Benk when we checked in, and he was very personable and helpful in answering our questions. He told us to “have fun”, and that’s exactly what we did. From the fantastic tropical-themed gazebo in the front yard, to the cool swing in the back yard, we enjoyed everything in and around the home. Many VRBO’s are stocked with spices, condiments, etc - this home had quite a few items that we were able to use, which was a big plus! The sound system was great, the washer and dryer were just perfect, and the master shower was heavenly! There is so much to see and do in this area, that we didn’t spend a ton of time at the home, but it was a wonderful place to call “home base” during our stay! Benk’s wife is an artist, and some of her work is displayed (and for sale) at the home - we thought this was a very neat touch! We highly recommend Benk and his wonderful property!

Loved everything about this location. Plenty of space for everyone, had everything available that you would need for the beach. House was so kind and clean. Check in process was so smooth, very friendly couple. We will definitely be back to this location.

Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Plenty of space for 5 people and it so happened there were 5 bikes for use. The kitchen could use at least one bigger pot and pan.
