About this house rental

This lovely property sits off of a gravel road on three acres. There are five bedrooms with six queen beds and one king. The house has three levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle level. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an island cooktop. All appliances are stainless steel. The upper and middle levels have hardwood flooring. The bottom level is covered in tile and carpet. The master bedroom is on the middle level and it has a private shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upper screened in porch is accessible from the master bath and the kitchen. On the bottom level there are two bedrooms, a movie room with theater seating, a bar and another screened in porch. The top level has the two remaining bedrooms.

There is a huge front yard for all sorts of activities and an oversized barbecue grill. There is a 750 sq ft gym/workout facility located on the property grounds. The property is located less than a mile from Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain. Lake point sports complex is about 10 min away. Harstfield Int airport is about 45 min away. Downtown Atlanta is about 20-25 min.

There are several cameras monitoring the outside areas, as well as an alarm system. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only.

No partying, large gathering or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

This beautiful home could use a detailed cleaning and some patchwork. The home has some wonderful upgrades which includes an amazing kitchen and very refreshing showers.

We had 11 relatives staying here. Kitchen well stocked & large. Loved the media/theater room downstairs. The gym was a nice feature as well. We attended a family reunion in Ball Ground so it was fairly close. Hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding, a small, private ceremony in neighboring Cartersville, about 20 minutes away. We were very pleased. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge, and well supplied. Everything you need is there, from a double oven to a giant refrigerator to pots/pans/appliances. We used the bar area in the basement as a work area to put together floral arrangements for the wedding. Linens, bathrooms, and the place in general were clean. Beds are comfortable There’s a gym located on the property as well as a “movie/gaming theater”. This would be a good place to stay if you were planning a family trip to Lake Allatoona, which is just a few minutes away. We got permission from the owner to hold a small reception at the residence. My daughter had a beautiful wedding day, and this place was no small part of that.

We stayed four nights at the property for a baseball tournament at Lake pointe. We had three different families with kids ranging from 7 to 18. We had five adults and six kids and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed there and more. All we had to do was get groceries and everything else was there already. The gym is an awesome benefit! We come back to the area in 2 weeks and I wish I had known to book this place twice!

I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort, except the food and beverages. If I forgot to get something at the store it was there. Great stay for family. Just want to say thank you to the over.

My family and I stayed for just one night (sadly) on our way traveling back from Florida to Michigan. The kitchen was amazing! We really wished we had more time to stay in this house and explore the area. Management was courteous and prompt. Do not hesitate to book here!!

Everything was as expected. Additional little things impressed me. Extra paper towels and toilet paper, coffee filters, plenty of trash containers, etc. Parking area and sidewalks are hard surface and smooth. No issues at all. Very happy with the home and would stay there again for sure.

Very clean and love the fact I was able to have all of my dogs with me . This was a special Christmas my husband grew up in this home. It was really fun to reminisce and have family over to see all the updates. Will definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of room for everyone. We had several on the main level, 6 or 7 in the theatre rooom and the rest outside throwing. Huge kitchen that has a double oven and everything you might need. The owner responds immediately if you have a question. You wont go wrong with this home..

The location of the property was convenient, and fit my family comfortably for our wedding nearby. The road leading in is crazy bumpy, and deer are everywhere, so drive with caution. We had a bit of a bug issue in the guest house on the first day, but the owner was quick to get pest control on site the same day. The properties could do with a bit of a deep clean, but the bed was comfy and the towels were soft. The kids loved the fire pit and the big TV downstairs!

Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 adults. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and entertainment options. It’s a bit remote but still easy to access shopping and major traffic routes. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO near Redtop Mountain State Park and Cartersville Georgia. The house was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was in place. The house is nicely furnished and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen is huge and made a few of our large family meals very easy. The kids enjoyed some movies in the downstairs theater. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Our family highly recommends this place for a stay.

Pictures and description completely accurate. TVs could use basic instructions. Slightly isolated with a hilly, gravely road to get in. Well equipped and well stocked. Very quiet inside and outside. Appreciated the easy pet policy! Highly recommend for large groups- we would definitely stay again!

This was a great house with plenty of space. The kitchen and living room were spacious and great for visiting. All the linens, towels, etc. seemed very clean and there were plenty of extras. AC worked well. I appreciated the child safety locks on the bathroom/kitchen cabinets. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be looked at (furniture on front porch is falling apart), some fireplace bricks are loose), but other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Stayed here for a week with family and it was very accommodating for our large group. The house looked exactly like the pictures showed, the sunrooms/patios were amazing. We had two minor problems but the host response was very quick and he made sure that things were fixed. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large group to stay here.

Our large, extended family stayed there for a weekend. There was plenty of room, lots of seating space in the kitchen so we could all eat together. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Kenny was very quick to respond to any questions we had before we got there and during our stay.

I was referred to Kenny by Robin from The Butterfly Pavillion wedding venue. I rented Kenny's house/s for the weekend of daughter's wedding. Kenny was the most gracious host I've ever encountered. He is very nice and responds to all questions and needs immediately. Kenny made sure we had what we needed amd went above and beyond for us. He even went as far as to purchase a highchair for the house which worked out perfectly for my 15 month old granddaughter.

Needed somewhere to stay with family for a funeral. This house fit us well and was fairly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed besides a strainer and plastic wrap/foil to cover leftovers, but we made it work just fine. We appreciated the pack n play as we forgot ours on accident. Sheets on bed downstairs kept coming off which was annoying, needs deeper pocket sheets. The house is well laid out but could use some new paint (was pretty bland) and some decorations as there are zero in any room. Adding some pictures or other wall hangings would make it feel more homey and inviting. The road leading to the house is very uneven and bumpy. Our low clearance vehicle had a tough time but managed going really slow. Overall a nice stay for what we needed.

The house was even nicer in person! Very clean and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to whomever is inquiring about the property to stay here. There is an amazing guest house also available to rent separately - it was just as nice!! :)

We had a great experience. Kenny was very responsive. The house met all of our needs and then some! It was a perfect place for a couple of baseball families for the weekend.
