This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is located in the desirable Warm Springs area of Sun Valley, a 10-minute walk from skiing, hiking, and biking at Warm Springs Lodge, and 10 minutes on the free shuttle to downtown Ketchum.
The 1,200 square-foot home sits on a landscaped lot with wildflowers framing the walkway in the summer, and spectacular views of Mount Baldy year-round. A private deck with patio seating and a fire pit offers a front-row seat to the action on the slopes with unobstructed views of the Greyhawk, Hemingway and Cozy ski runs.
The entrance leads guests up a short flight of stairs to the main level, where they’re welcomed by a two-story living area with floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a full-length leather sofa and two comfy armchairs framing a hardwood coffee table and gas fireplace. A unique impressionist stag portrait hangs on the mantle, adding to the cozy, modern mountain atmosphere. Curl up with a good book, unwind in front of the flat-screen TV, or simply watch the snow fall outside. A spiral staircase connects the living area to a spacious loft with a large-screen TV, comfy sofa and armchair for even more lounge space.
Just beyond the living room, a fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home-cooked meals, with two seats at the breakfast bar connecting the kitchen and living areas. A 6-seat formal dining table sits beside the sliding glass doors to the patio, giving you dinner with a view. An antique corner cabinet and inverted dome light above the table add to the feeling of mountain charm.
The primary bedroom, also styled with mountain charm, offers a quiet escape with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bath and hardwood furniture, including an impressive sleigh bed frame. Sliding glass doors lead directly to a private deck area with hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds. This room offers access to a full bathroom in the hall.
A private parking space in the driveway makes it easy to bring a car. Walk to skiing, hiking or lift-served mountain biking at Warm Springs Lodge, or take the free shuttle to downtown Ketchum and surrounding base areas. A private washer and dryer makes it easy to pack light and gear up for new adventures any time of year.
There are two residential developments in progress across the street from this home. There may be loud noise, dust, traffic and negative impacts to outdoor space in the area from Fall 2023-Fall 2024. The impacts may be experienced inside and outside the home.

Perfect stay in Ketchum!
This is the perfect property for your stay in Ketchum/Sun Valley! The home was impeccably clean, and made a great first impression with peaceful music and lovely aromatherapy when we checked in. The location in the Warm Springs area felt very private, but was just a few minutes drive from downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is also within walking distance to the Warm Springs lifts. The home has an amazing hot tub, a fire pit table, and a grill that we thoroughly enjoyed. The layout of the house is perfect: All living areas are on a single floor (up a short flight of stairs from the front door) which was very important to my senior parents. The loft has many games that are perfect for kids and kids at heart. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, etc.). The property has A/C and heat, and both bedrooms have separate climate control. The fireplace was also very efficient at quickly warming up the living area. Overall, we felt that this was the perfect home to stay in during our first visit to Idaho.

Two weeks in Ketchum for work and to spend time with my oldest son
This apartment is fantastic with a great kitchen, amazing hot tub, functional WiFi and it was very clean. The management was very responsive and friendly. I can highly recommend this place! The neighborhood and the community around the property is very welcoming. Overall we had a great experience and will definitively stay there again if possible.

Nice place, but a few issues
I generally do not like to write negative things about rentals because I am a positive person, but I did feel a little annoyed about this one. As we planned to be in Sun Valley in mid-July and we are working remotely, I decided I was only willing to look at rentals with air conditioning. There were not a huge number available, and I chose this one because of it - even though it was a bit farther from town than I would have liked. When we arrived, I discovered that the listing was wrong and there was no AC. We did hit some particularly hot days - which was annoying because I needed to work. The good news is it cools down nicely around here at night, so nobody had any issue sleeping. I was also annoyed that the cable was not working in the main room. It did work up in the loft - but it was not comfortable up there because it was quite hot. Eventually we got the cable box from the loft and had it working in the main room where we were hanging out. The thing that annoyed me most was the check out time. Due to COVID, they have pushed the check in time to 5 PM and check out to 9 AM. I am guessing this was the case when I reserved but I guess I missed it. I have sympathy for the extra burden of cleaning for COVID, but they do not need 8 hours to clean a 1200 square foot townhouse. I have been staying at many VRBO's in the area for the last several weeks while I am working remotely and none of them have a 9 AM check out. It is particularly annoying because I am going to have to do a conference call in my car now. I called the management company and explained that I was annoyed about the AC and cable and asked for a later check out. I did not receive an apology for the misinformation about the listing on VRBO or the cable and was transferred to another department to ask about delaying the check out for an hour. When I was transferred, my request was abruptly denied even after I explained how annoyed I was about the AC. At that point if you care about good customer service or wanting a good review or recommendation in the future, you would find a way to be flexible. I did not argue because I hate negativity, but I certainly would not rent this house or anything else managed by this company in the future, and I would not recommend them to friends or family visiting the area. Otherwise, the house is really quite nice. It has a great deck with a lovely view. It is well furnished and equipped. Internet was perfect.

Wonderful Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! Easy access to Warm Springs lift, as well as downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the private hot tub. Would stay here again!
