This little suite was well-outfitted for my stay of 5 nights. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything I needed for breakfast and simple suppers. Nice shower! I wasn't able to use the large backyard or the bicycles because of the weather but I imagine those are really nice most of the year and add a lot to the experience.
I prefer a dark space to sleep in and there's a lot of light that comes in through the front door windows and the blinds from a street light outside. I inquired about this via email after my first night to see if there might be some kind of shade available but I never received a reply. I would recommend a couple of simple blackout shades.
The only other thing I didn't like was that the people upstairs for most of the nights I was there and were quite noisy in terms of walking around -- I think they had a small child who ran around so there was a lot of thumping and bumping well after 10:00.

no parking, bed moved when you sat on it and loud but comfortable once your laying down.

The ambience of the place was homey to me. It reminded me of my grandparents home. It's clean, updated, very comfortable. Fantastic location too! Never had to drive anywhere.
A King bed would've been more comfortable. But we slept comfortably enough in the Queen.

The property is a two person mini house. I knew it was equipped but it was beyond my expectations. Clean, organized and beautiful decorations.
Location is also perfect.
I loved everything.

The property was adorable! It came with bikes, a mini kitchen, and a great backyard. Dog friendly is always a plus. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. If you want to be close to downtown, stay here.
Nothing.

We loved the no contact and then location on this property. It felt like home to come and stay here. The room was a great size with a good size bathroom.
The bed was a bit small but it still worked out for us. We thought there would be an oven, washer and dryer and were shocked they weren't there but it did not disappoint

Comfortable , clean room , with kitchenette . Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Air conditioner was too loud. Didn't bother me , but my wife said it woke her up each time it was running during the night.

Villa Mulvey #3 and #4
I am going to rate together since my family stayed in both over Memorial Weekend 2021 for 6 days – Husband and I stayed in #3 (studio) and 2 grown sons + 1 girlfriend stayed in #4 (1 bedroom + sofa bed.)
What we liked most:
Location to old town St. Augustin - less than a 1-mile pleasant walk. Girlfriend even walk in high heels to wedding we where attending. (I wore flats and put on my heels at wedding!)
BIKES! – plenty of bikes for the 5 of us. We rode all over and hardly needed to take car. Husband wanted us to ride bikes to the wedding, but got out voted. They are cruiser bikes so we all had to remember to how to use back pedal brakes. They even had 3 women bikes.
Keyless entry - we arrived at 2am and didn’t have to bother anyone to get in.
#4 has nice large kitchen – we made breakfast every day and did take-out 2 nights (restaurants were very busy over holiday weekend – make reservations.)
#4 has full size washer & dryer – nice to have if needed.
#3 has 2 rocking chairs in front and nice little deck in back. Whole family had wine and nibbles on deck one night.
Things to be aware of:
Elementary school across street – hear kids playing at 8 am, not a big deal to any of us.
Parking – plenty of parking on street before holiday weekend, then it got busy. #4 has back parking space, but #3 has a city parking pass that is a short walk (never used it.) We parked 1 car in front and just used the bigger car and parked in back if no street parking available.
Dogs are allowed. Luckily, only good dogs stayed during our visit. Did not hear them at all.
Bring your own ground coffee if you are a coffee drinker.
Bring your own facial wash.
#3 seating options. Husband found red loveseat very uncomfortable. He does not like sitting/lounging on a bed and dinette chairs are barstool height. I nice large arm chair would be nice.
#4 Sofa bed – son says was just okay. Not fun making up at 2 am – had to find sheets, but understand why it is not premade.

We loved the central location allowing us to ride bikes to Flagler college and other must see sites in downtown! It was very warm and cozy.
We were hoping for a slightly better facilities to cook food and **person opinion** we thought the bed could be a bit more comfortable! Otherwise our experience was fantastic and we would for sure stay again!!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The place was cozy and quiet. This was suprising since it so close to downtown. Mulvey#3 was great for me and my wife but would not recommend for more then 2 people. Once we return with our daughter will use the same place but book a bigger one. I loved it here wish would have booked for a longer stay. The management here was the best and so was the lady that cleaned the location. We had a small conversation with her and she was friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place unless am visiting I want to book it first.

We liked that it was close to downtown shopping and eateries. The location was far enough that it was quiet, and close enough to the everyday activities. Everything we needed was of walking distance.

Reasonably close to the action.
Somewhat tight quarters
